Very nice location with ample parking and very clean. Nice decor. The Friday special offered ribs and breaded shrimp. The ribs were fall off the bone delicious , but the shrimp were very small and heavily breaded. Surprising since Ft Lauderdale is on the ocean. Did not come with cocktail or tartar sauce. The side salad was large, crisp & delicious. Handicap friendly & they have a full bar.

We walked here from our hotel to have dinner and a drink. It had been a while since we had been to a Friday's. The one we went to weekly back home before Covid had issues with bad food and no service and closed not to long ago. This Friday's is in the same boat. We thought they were closed except for the large sign needing to say "yes we are open". We walked in and the entire place smelled like a stale old bar rag. We sat at the bar rail, and after 10 min of no bartender, we walked out and went to a different restaurant near by.

I don’t really write reviews, but I have to write one to warn people not to go to this restaurant! In short, it was dirty, not all that great and just sad.
We weren’t greeted at the front for about 5 minutes with no workers even noticing us. We felt so awkward and almost left but then someone came in to seat us and didn’t even talk to us. The service was awful. We asked for sauces and never received them, was never checked on and when asked to pay the bill through the little machine, the waiter (who never checked on us or refilled our drinks) hovered over me and said “pick your tip”. It was so uncomfortable and it was also so dirty. So please do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat.

Why did a roach crawl out across our table as we were waiting for our food. The place needs to be cleaned out and updated. Creeped us out, we had to leave without our order. 🤢🤮

The tables were incredibly dirty and sticky. The service was nonexistent. There were NO employees front of house for the majority of the time we were in the restaurant. We constantly had to go to the entry to the kitchen to find a server, not even necessarily our server, just anyone to help. We never got our drinks. The server brought out only one of my children’s desserts. Terrible visit.

Chris the hostess was amazing he was so kind and sweet helped us with whatever we needed. The food took over and hour for us to get. Our server was good but never checked on us until after the food came.

Stay away. Terrible experience. Took 17 mins to get a beer, our plates were handed crazy hot in our own hands and my sons muzzarela sticks didnt come. The staff was lost and overwhelmed.

The absolute WORST experience I've ever had in my LIFE! Waiter (justin) was on the phone the entire time. We were never checked on. We ordered coke. Charged for coke. He brought a lemonade (which was water down to absolute hell) He decided he wanted to try to memorize our order,( which he took from us while at a different table talking to other customers), had to come back to ask, and was still incorrect. Got the appetizer, chicken was over cooked. Utensils was dirty. Got our meals, I ordered fish and chips. The EASIEST thing ever. Fries were over cooked, fish was oily and dry ( don't even know how you can have both) tartar sauce was gross. The other two meals were mediocre (one was completely wrong) but not as bad as mine. We couldn't complain because he didn't come back until it was closing time. The plate was VERY hot so I wouldn't be surprised if it was just microwaved. I am NEVER coming back to this location or any other one for that matter. I had to spend $90 for the worse experience in my life. I will be contacting corporate! 😡
Update: to put into perspective how horrible service was, we got there at 11:45pm and left at 1am due to orders taking long and not being check on.

Ordered from Uber Eats and the food was spoiled. You could smell it. They tied the bag tight and tried to mask it with sauce but the ribs have definitely been spoiled for a very long time! I'm going to report them in the morning.
