Food was overpriced. Honey mustard tasted grainy, chicken tenders came out cold and were stringy. Service took over hour and a half to bring 2 brownies and chicken tenders out. Wasn’t even half capacity. All the decorations were just AI generated images. Wretched

This establishment only had one waitress for the entire restaurant. It’s ridiculous and it looks as if they were actually slaving that poor young later.. we waited for 10 minutes and left. No greeter no acknowledgement or anything. Bad customer service.
Restaurant is outdated and needs an overhaul.

When I walked in on November 22nd I was seated by Destiny my and everyone else server. The only server on the floor. We almost waited 1 hour for our food. Destiny waited on all the tables besides the bar where there was 2 servers that would not come help her. 2 ladies walked out because it took to long to take there order. Destiny did the best she could but my food was not good my bun on my burger was hard. So I ate my meat only. My man 3 pick wasn't good his ribs didn't taste like nothing. Never will we return at tgat location again. Chk# 3579

By far the worst service I have received in a Fridays. Stay away from this place. Food looked horrible, it was thrown and not served. We had 12 yrs old kids be out hostess. Decided to walk away and not touch the food…I get better service at McDonalds.

I placed my order online and the pick-up time was 9:45pm. After arriving at the restaurant and not being acknowledged until 10min after my pickup time an associate came and asked how she could assist. I stated I was here to pick up a Togo order for Martel Williams and the associate responded it's not ready it will be 15-20min. I asked to speak with a manager, and the associate came back with 7 online order tickets in her hand laid them out in front of me stating the manager is busy and proceeded to tell me my order has not been started. I was asked if you would like a refund and I stated yes; I would like a refund and to cancel my order. After waiting another 10 min plus I walked back to the kitchen doorway, and this associate stated the manager would issue the refund later as he was busy and was not free to do it at that time. I asked for some type of documentation for this refund for my order, and she said I don't have anything, it will be 7-10 days, and you'll have a refund back on your card. As I was about to leave the associate came back out and said I helped and made your order I gracefully declined the food. I found it VERY odd that my order was not ready nor even started yet suddenly, this entire order was in hand and ready. Very poor customer service at this location VERY.

What happened to TGI Friday's?
Used to be an awesome place for food and drinks.
Basic pasta was barely warm. You can even see the cheese on top didn't melt. Took forever to arrive. That was mid afternoon on a Sunday. Not busy at all. Chicken on the pasta had major burn marks that tasted bitter - that's not standard grill marks from the grill. Other plate with ribs that were burned on the bottom.
Neighbor table told server she had a birthday and server said they don't do anything for birthday anymore. Weird.
This location definitely had a lot of Christmas decor so I will give credit where its due. Haven't seem so.much decor in other places, even if before Thanksgiving.

The young lady at the bar was very rude. If I didn't make contact with her she would not have served me and my girlfriend on top of that a couple walked in behind us and she got straight to them wiped there spot down and all and didn't clean our spot when she came over. Thanks for the food but but the service from her makes the establishment look bad. 9:28pm. November 14,2025

I wish I could give it a-0, stopped on my way from the airport to grab a bite to eat. The place was empty (should of been a sign) they took about 5 minutes to acknowledge us, we sat down and look down and roach is casually strolling, let’s just say we ran out of there so quick. Run away unless you don’t mind eating roach infested food 🤮

Was filled with Christmas decorations but there was no hostess to sit people down, and there was 2 people in front of us waiting who just walked out and said goodluck to us, they were waiting a long while to be seated and they were pretty much empty it wasn't busy at all. We ended up leaving and going across the plaza to Dave and busters and were immediately seated

This place has went so far down hill. Im suprised its even still open. Everything that use to be on the menu that was good is no longer on the menu. Service sucks and so does the food.

11/02 “Let’s get something different tonight, I’m tired of us playing it safe” famous last words before we decided to order TGIFridays. My husband and I decided to order TGIFriday as a treat. Unfortunately we were EXTREMELY disappointed. From missing items, to mysterious items to just bad tasting food. My husband got the New! Fridays Feast Pick 2, no AB sauce on the chicken fingers (although we asked for it), no side order of garlic bread we asked for, and no side order of apple butter sauce. The chicken fingers have 0 flavor, but also tasted like it was fried in old oil. The half rack ribs tasted burnt and had no meat on it. If I’m being honest, the ribs (in both his and mine) tasted exactly what old sewage water smells like, I know it’s a gross thing to describe it to but it’s the only thing to best describe it. I ordered the FRIDAYS ™ Big Ribs, Mac and cheese was decent, the ribs like I said were not good, my order was suppose to come with a Coke Zero and I got some mysterious apple juice/Beer looking drink that smelled like nothing so I could not tell what it was (immediately down the drain) clearly not what I ordered. I ordered a side of mashed potatoes and I did not receive it, the 1 item my toddler really wanted, gave him my Mac and cheese and my husbands fries instead. In total including driver tip, we paid $60.89. An it was not worth it. Kinda of disappointed. I called the restaurant and spoke to a young lady who I told what happened and she said she wrote down my name and number and she’d let her manager know to give me a refund , she also said if I don’t see a refund reflect my account to call in 2 days to speak to the manager. It’s really a disappointment because we have had TGIFridays for years and never had an issue till now. Not sure if it was just location that was a miss or if TGIFridays has just lost its quality. 😔

We got sat down in 3 mins but she sat us away from everyone we sat down for 10 mins and server didn’t come to us at all. I went to wash my hands with my kids and I sat down again still the server didn’t come. I went to the kitchen to ask for a server because the people who there after us got served before us. We ended up just walking out, the wait was ridiculous I see why they are shutting down. It’s Saturday and it was empty
