We enjoyed it, they deliver to the room free of charge. They have a website to order. My wife got the burger with fries and soda, I got the 2 egg sandwich and added a few veggies, and I got a chocolate chip milkshake.
Convenience, speed, and good food are what matter when your kiddo is upstairs.

It is a great hospital, but the cafe is the worst around. No prices posted. Expensive. They know your child is upstairs yet you are treated with little dignity. I wonder if the hospital CEO even cares.

Expensive and food quality is 0.
Got the food delivery to our room.

NO FLAVOR AT ALL.
Ordered chicken Parm, the chicken was grilled with breading and it was super dry. No salt, no seasonings.
Second order was rice and beans with fried chicken...... definitely not it. Bland! Rice didn't even have butter. Beans look like they were straight out the can.
$40 for that? Come on.
I ate it while I was mad. No words.
This restaurant needs to be replaced by something better.

For the best children's hospital, having this disgusting place is not appropriate, you would never think there could be more bad and disgusting food in such a beautiful hospital. Also disappointed that it is so expensive for the quality !!

What a horrible atmosphere. They need to change ASAP whoever that blonde lady is doing in this cafe because her attitude is the WORST. This women asked me more than 5 time when the store was empty if I was ready to order meanwhile I was looking at the menu then gave me a horrible look because I was asking about the prices. The prices from the website menu and the actual price when you order is not the same WHAT A SCAM/FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, also the way she looked down at the other employees like she was disgusted of them and they are all black. When I was ordering after I saw the price of something that was $10 vs $20 I told her to took it down and right after that gave me a bad look and rush me to get something else instead. HORRIBLE! I was staying here because they brought my baby in an ambulance to the hospital for me to get the worst costumer service from this low class clown women. REPLACE HER.

They have different prices online verses when you call to order. That is false advertising . My sun went from $8 to $18

I had a cheeseburger, well done. It was good, cooked perfect and not dry. I would order it again. The customer service, whew, they need training. They “looked” over staffed, because it was lunchtime when I visited and half the staff was doing nothing, standing around talking. Meanwhile, most of the dining tables were dirty. The cashier didn’t greet me. She just asked “ did you order yet”. Oddly enough I wasn’t looking for five star service. But a simple “hello” or “hi”. The manager seemed to be focused on their delivery orders because I waited for about 30 minutes for my burger & fries. The food was hot and fresh. So worth the wait, I guess! But overall, I prefer to spent my money with good vibes and food. The customer service was a total fail!!!3 stars for the foodZero for the customer service

Nothing like having your child upstairs battling for their health only to come down and deal with rude staff at clippers. Or maybe the staff taking their face away from their phone screen just long enough to give bad service is just the best group can do. They also made my order wrong and the guy who ordered before me wrong as well. If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I would. Why the attitude when you know what the parents there are going through? Try to be a decent human being to your customers and put the bare minimum into your job. Let’s start there.

so glad we tried it , we have been coming here for 14 years and had not tried it , recommend the cuban egg sandwhich with choice of protein , and a cuban toast with ham and american cheese… Cafe con leche off da chain .. My son said : Mom , 10 out of 10 ?? reminds me of old school cafeterias back in the days.. daily specials and lots to choose from
