Absolutely beautiful shop, drinks are really good, and staff is very friendly. I have celiac and a dairy allergy, and I was able to get a matcha with almond milk and honey, and it was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. The shop itself is very cute and I love the artwork and the overall vibe of it all.

Pros-this place has the best pastries and smoothies! I have two of the pickiest eaters and even they couldn’t get enough of the sweet croissants. They also loved the smoothies! We walked to this place every morning while staying in a resort in Hollywood.
Ok now for the cons-while it’s true you’ll be drooling over these pasties, it’s not the most efficient system. There’s no way to quickly get a cup of coffee. The line is usually long and the wait typically exceeds 15 minutes.
Having said that, there is a reason this place always has a line.

NOT HONEST! Be wary, we went there two days in a row. The first day our coffee drinks (macchiato and cortado) seemed cold and didn’t taste right. The second day while standing in line we noticed that they weren’t making any drinks with the espresso machine. They were pouring drip coffee into cups, pouring milk right into the cups, and then taking the drink to the back with a portable frother. Obviously their machine was broken and they weren’t telling anyone that, and just making half baked drinks. Extremely long line and wait due to this production as well. Wish they were just honest and put a sign up that there machine was down.

Ordered coffee here. The espresso machine was broken and they were making coffees with NesCafe instant coffee and charging ridiculous prices for it and Not telling people this is how they were making the coffee. I noticed this as I was waiting, watching them make the coffee. I didn’t want to make a scene, but this Absolutely unbelievable!! Luckily my daughter liked the açaí bowl. But not telling your customers that you’re making lattes with NesCafe is absolutely unacceptable!! Anyone going there, make sure you ask if the espresso machine is working.
My favorite coffee shop on Hollywood by far! I ate breakfast here for 15 days and everyday was exceptional! The dulce de leche latte is soooooo delicious! And the avocado toast is divine! Juan and the rest of the staff are so sweet and take wonderful care of you! Excellent customer service, food and espresso - could not ask for more and it’s also beautiful designed and decorated! I will miss this place so much!
