Truly terrible order experience. Absolutely awful customer experience and customer service with a very mediocre product. The brownies are small. Much smaller than I'd expected especially from the pictures. The Dutch brownies are nothing to write home about, they're barely even worth talking about at all. Fairly dry, quite bitter. $20 for a dozen. The chocolate chip blondies are a little better texture wise but still completely plain. $10 for half a dozen. Think cookies from the grocery store. Generally disappointed, especially for the price. Full order experience: I had been bombarded with Instagram ads for this bakeshop and finally I gave in since the treats looked amazing. I placed my order on 6/1 to be shipped on 6/4 (you could pick your shipping date). This came and went with no delivery notification. I assumed it was my fault and that they don't ship on Saturdays so I waited. On 6/8 I emailed trying to figure out what was going on with my order and changed the "ship date" to 6/9 in hopes of getting the order back on track. I also tried to call the shop directly when I didn't get a response. It rang and rang, and then went to a full voicemail. This happened all three times I tried to call on different days. Finally on 6/11 I filed a chargeback through my credit card since I assumed the whole thing had been a scam. Coincidently on 6/12 at 8:30pm I get an email back saying they were in the middle of a move and that Sarah is sorry for the delay but she'll ship it Monday 6/13 with "some extras" included for my wait. I expressed my frustrations about the lack of communication and suggested that they should have put orders on hold during the move if they couldn't fulfill them. I got the an extremely snide email back at 10pm saying they'd ship tomorrow. Shipping notification came directly from Sarah, not Little Sugars and did ship out on 6/13 from UPS. I received my order on 6/15. There was no branding inside the package (like an order receipt or a branded mailer) and there were certainly no extras. Just brown paper and my two items which where shrink wrapped with no "bake date" or "use by" date on them (just that they "keep for a week in the fridge"). This doesn't inspire confidence as to their freshness. The packaging itself is lackluster and inconsistent. The dozen brownies were in a white box and the the 1/2 dozen blondies in a pink box. They're also delivered in a sleeve style box instead of laid out which really cheapens the visual experience. I want to again express how heavily I was advertised this brand on Instagram, when I have doubts that the order would have been fulfilled at all had I not filed a chargeback. Honestly, I wish I could get my money back, I wish the whole business had been a scam because I would rather have my close to $40 back ($9 shipping) than the most mediocre tiny brownies I've ever tried. I do not recommend the product, and I especially do not recommend Sarah. Do not waste your time or your money on this company.

This was my first time experiencing The Little Sugars. I ordered local delivery and wow! They did not disappoint.I ordered their Crack Individual Pies, Salted Honey Individual Pies, and Chocolate Buttermilk Individual Pies. I have only tried the Crack Pie and Salted Honey, I was blown away. Super delicious. Now I have to actually go to the location, my new favorite place for pies!
The Little Sugars has the best desserts, hands down. The chocolate brownies are to die for. The cake in a jar is a perfect gift for a loved one celebrating their birthday far away. Orders being shipped are extremely fast and accurate. The wooden boxes are perfectly designed with a rustic look. The owners are awesome and really do an awesome job withThe Little Sugars.

The service was fabulous how ever the waffles are made in the beginning of the day and they are already hard as stone especial after they are reheated. We were able to exchange the hard rock one how ever the waitress literally squeezed bare handed all of them to find one that was kind of soft. The experience wasn’t the best as we couldn’t eat much of it. The ratio between the filling and waffle was totally out of proportion. The rose coffee was excellent though. Will not be back. Pricey for food that’s old. The two stars was for the service.
