If I could give them.0 stars I would. These people have no customer service and sell old products. The ice cream is good, very unhealthy with all the extra fattening giant cookies to upsell. 10$ for a cup of ice cream plus my Boba "matcha" that tasted awful because it was old and unsold plus 20% tip for a bad customer service. I asked to change the old sour Boba drink that looked brown instead of matching green, that I got after a 10 minute search in the back, and the short Spanish girl said no twice. Like she is the customer, not the employee. Save yourself a trip and go to Menchie's Frozen Yogurt, they own couple of locations in Hollywood. You give these people 20% tip and they are ungrateful. Que Dios los da todo te usted menerece +±+

It's a chill spot. You go in, you sit and eat and then you're out. No lengthy waiting time, no hassle waiting for someone else to serve you and determine how many gummies or chocolate brownies are appropriate-- you're your own boss. Can't comment on the shakes or other items offered, but their soft serve ice cream is delicious. Machines are well-managed & cleaned, and they have a nice variety of flavors that caters to kids + adults. I won't lie, it's expensive ice cream, but it's worth it.

Skinny Dip, long my favorite frozen yogurt place ever, has changed owners since it was called Mr Yogurt. But still the same clean fresh flavors and pleasing array of toppings. My favorites are plain and mango with three different kinds of boba (tapioca beads), fresh fruit and crushed nuts. But so many to choose from. Go see for yourself. Even though the price has risen- like everything else - I am happy pay it to get my fix. It's not many things that so hit the mark. Yum!
