My family and I were looking for a sweet treat to end our night, and we passed by Tiger Sugar. Tiger sugar is a quaint boba shop that offers a variety of boba tea and sweet treats. You walk in you can either order off the kiosk machine or with a staff member. There are so many options to choose from, I was amazed. I ordered the Passion fruit & mango oolong tea with coco lychee jelly for me. Our order came out quick. This is one of the best boba flavor combos I have had. Some boba shops only allow you to pick green or oolong tea to pair with your boba, but tiger sugar allowed flavored tea outside of the generic green and oolong flavor. Needless to say I can’t wait to return to Tiger Sugar to try more of what they have to offer.

I have been here a couple of times, and loved it! Tonight I brought a friend with me and it was dissapointing. First the good, the young lady cashier with the light brown hair was so sweet! I asked for her recommendations and she was so helpful! Now the other young lady with the dark hair that made all of the drinks, she seemed to be correctly making some people's drinks but not other people's. My friend tried the brown sugar boba (normally delicious) and it did not taste the same as it always does and she had rushed through making it and it showed. We sat down and were just people watching and noticed that certain people, she made sure to take her time to make it and the presentation was so much better. Just in case we ordered one more drink and within a minute and a half it was done. This drink also did not look as good as it normally does and the taste was different as well. But then to see that other people ordered the same brown sugar and it came out looking so different compared to ours was dissapointing. All in all, nothing to make me stay away because this has been the only sour experience that I have had here. All of the other young ladies have always been kind, or helpful and the drinks normally taste so delicious. Just somethinig I'll keep in mind if she is the one making the drinks next time. If you have had a similar experience try it again with different ladies, and I think you will enjoy it so much more!

I finally came back to give them another try, and honestly, it was a much better experience this time. The boba was softer and perfectly chewy, and the staff were knowledgeable about the menu and gave great drink recommendations 🤭✨🫱🏻🫲🏼

I recently stopped by Tiger Sugar in Hollywood and it did not disappoint. They’re known for their signature Black Sugar Milk Tea with boba and cream mousse—and for a good reason. The whole “tiger stripe” look is as pretty as it is delicious, and the combo of large and small pearls gives such a satisfying texture.
I love how bold and balanced the drink is—it’s creamy, sweet but not overpowering. Plus, they have options like lactose-free milk, and fun flavors like chocolate malt, pudding, matcha, and Strawberry Mochi—definitely worth trying.
The team behind the counter is helpful, especially if you want recommendations. Just one thing to know: this is a takeout-only spot—no cozy seating or dine-in vibes here. Also, customization can be limited—some orders don’t allow adjustments in ice or sugar levels. But honestly, the drink quality more than makes up for it.

Awesome BOBA spot. Nice staff, fresh egg tarts. Great pics that help you decide and lots of options. I experienced egg tarts in Lisbon and these were just as delicious. I was super excited to share that fresh taste with my husband, son , nephew and niece.

What’s going on with the so-called staff? These young girls should not be standing at the front of the store if they’re just on their phone, not welcoming or even looking up to see who came into the store. A thief can even come inside, steal, leave, and nothing will happen. We don’t even expect “professionalism” from these young high school looking kids but at least teach them to look up and say hi even though they don’t “feel like it” even when using their phone. 15 year olds know how to behave better.

I came here for my birthday with my family. We came in and the two girls up front didn't look at us, we had to order through the machine and when we wanted to ask a question we noticed that the girls were avoiding us since it was almost 9pm. When we received our bobas the taste was SIMPLE almost no sugar at all. The flavor was not there, we have seen boba teas with more taste than these. I came here thinking it was good, i will say that the place looks cozy and i liked the concept. However, i think that they have to work more on their bobas. I felt disappointed and sad.
