While we were ordering, we asked if we can use the restroom but there was a guy with glasses that said he just cleaned the restroom. We needed to use the restroom but he gave us an attitude and clicked his tongue in a rude way in front of us. I thought it was really disrespectful to me and my family.

I don’t understand what’s the problem of customizing ice or sugar level (when I went to Tiger Sugar in nyc or la there was no such restriction) The girl who was working there wasn’t rude but she was cold and indifferent compared to other cafes.

I am obsessed with their boba!!! And I’ve tried many in South Florida so trust me when I say it’s one of the best! I had their famous tiger sugar one and also a strawberry shortcake I think (with hello kitty). It blew my mind! Creamy, delicious and boba itself is soft and bouncy. Also I love when there are giant machines with screens to place an order-you can be awkwardly indecisive all you want (like me) without feeling annoying. Less stress? Yes please. Do yourself a favor and try it. You’ll fall in love.P.S. My favorite boba spot in the area! Tiger sugar is a worldwide milk tea company. Price point is pretty normal for milk tea. As soon as you walk in, they have machines to take your order, where you also pay there as well. Establishment is clean, and lots of parking available outside. Service is quiet, but as far as the hospitality, not really the place to expect it from as it is considered more as a pick-up spot.

The introduction of self-service kiosks reduces staff interaction, impacting their energy levels and customer engagement. This popular spot has finally made its way to South Florida! If you're looking for some really good brown sugar boba tea you're in for a treat. They have many options to choose from not just brown sugar and even have seasonal delicious flavors that you'll miss once they're gone. I always come here as a sweet pick me up after hot pot and it never disappoints! Would highly recommend for my fellow boba tea lovers all around.

I have a cup of their milk tea almost every day. As a senior milk tea lover, I have tasted all brands of milk tea. I hate that milk tea contains various creamers and abnormal condiments. The taste in my mouth is very bad. Tiger Sugar's milk tea makes me feel very high-end. The taste is endless and I never tire of drinking it. It is the best milk tea I have ever tasted. This business is “brave as a tiger” for selling the quality of drinks that they do. I ordered the taro milk tea and it was absolutely terrible. There are directions for the customers to shake the teas “15 times”. Why in the world should I, the customer, have to do that? The drink should be ready for me to drink, not make it my job to mix in the taro powder with the rest of the drink. The drink still had a bunch of chunks floating everywhere after I mixed it so I put it in a blender and it then it just tasted chalky. Worst $10 ever spent on a drink.

Boba is ok, i wanted a clear cup to see what i was drinking, got a hello kitty one instead, no one asked what cup i wanted, the lady started making the order 10 minutes after placing it, it was ready in less then 1 minute. The surroundings arent the best, doesnt look nice, hard to find, inside looks clean. I ordered black sugar milk + boba, and added extra boba on top, it wasnt what it looks in the pictures, ill give it a try and order again but wasnt my favorite.
