I called for an order about 10 minutes before closing I asked her if I can place the order she said what's the order when I told her the order she then said okay yeah we can make that for you and be here in 10 minutes to put the order in when I got there I asked her I said my mom orders from here very often like I do and she wants to see if she can switch out one of the items the lower budget items on the poo poo platter for just a couple pieces of General Tso chicken with anger in her voice she said no we don't do that and I said why are you talking to me with anger in your voice son I said I don't understand why they can't switch out one of the cheaper Meats on there with an even cheaper version of me like chicken General Tso's chicken and I asked you to do double ribs or any of that she with anger on her voice again said we don't do that so you don't have to talk to me like that so anyways I went ahead and gave her a $3 tip on a $27 order before she even asked told me to grab any condiments she looked to make sure I gave her a tip and then after that she said oh the condiments over there with attitude in her voice I have never been treated this way anywhere it was disgusting and then I said oh I got a combination I said anything over $25 I should get a soda with that the lady behind her with anger in her voice said no you don't get one that was the last straw because I now wish I never wished before but I wish I would have never tipped her and I should have heard my tip to her should have been be nicer to your customers especially your regular ones that have been coming here for 20 plus years and I have never done that to anyone but I felt like that should have been done so the next best thing I could do is let you guys know about that it's sad that the guys in the back to cook the food do a great job of cooking the food but the atmosphere is zero if there was a zero that's what it would be the customer relations or Communications is a -5 * 5 sad faces I hope the owner reads this and understands that I am probably will never order from there again due to my interactions with these two ladies this night

This spot used to be better, been going for about a year I’d say, but the last few times (January and November -25) the orders were incorrect, the food was bland, they’ve raised their prices and added extra fees, like a lot of places, unfortunately the “quality” has gone down remarkably. Even such a minor thing as the chili oil that you can ask for on the side has shrank to half of what it was, and also, it’s no longer spicy. Last time I ordered a chicken dish, but the meat could have been anything.. Won’t be going back.

Stay away and run away. Disgusting is a compliment. Waste of money. Ordered spicy Burburn chicken received unseasoned pieces of chicken.. Wonton soup wontons weren’t fresh Fried rice was kind of ok. Will never ever eat there again. Do your self a favor and do the same.

I love this place the food is delicious and the prices are great, I'm from Brooklyn n.y so the food is n.y style it taste just like I'm still in Brooklyn. Their lunch specials are very affordable.
Near work stop by to try for lunch. Ordered the chicken chow mein lunch. It was mostly rice, tons of giant pieces of onions and a few pieces of chicken.

We order here once a week. For a family of 5 the Family Pack B with the egg rolls, Krab Rangoons, chicken fried rice and honey garlic chicken always does the trick!
I had a terrible experience, the lady who took my order yelled at me and treated me bad in front of the whole store. I tried calming her down but she wouldn’t, all I was trying to do was order food for me and my husband. I won’t be coming back after being embarrassed like that.
