Closed or moved. There is a "For Rent" sign in the window. Disappointed we did not get to try it out.

Very good customer service. When I walked in they treated me like family. The food was excellent. I will definitely be going back again.

They did a catering for me and everyone loved the food. It was obviously freshly made and was ready on time.

My husband and I LOVE Caribbean and Jamaican food and this place is legit. Some of the best I've had in South Florida. The Brown Stewed Chicken might be the best I've ever tasted. The curried goat is delicious. The j*** chicken is flavorful. The coconut pineapple cake is out of this world. The portions are generous, especially for the price. The owner, Theresa, clearly makes her food with love. This place is so close to our house we are definitely going to be regulars! It's a little tricky to find, especially with the never ending construction on 441. But it's right on 441 just south of Johnson despite the Johnson street address. Parking is a little confusing. Don't park in the lot behind them on Johnson. Park in the circle to the south. We will be back soon! Can't wait to try some of the other things on the menu.

Located on the corner of State Rd. 7 & Johnson St., I stopped at Tropical Oasis Express restaurant to get something to eat for lunch. Now I wasn't sure where to park and I didn't have the time to search around so I just parked by the nearby plaza and walked over. Once I opened the door, I could immediately smell the food and quickly noticed how casual the atmosphere was with good reggae music playing in the background. The restaurant was small with a few table seating for customers offering meals for breakfast, entrees such as brown stew/curry/fried/jerk chicken, oxtail, and curry goat, various appetizers, seafood, soup of the day, desserts, homemade beverages, and a Chinese menu at reasonable prices. They also have lunch specials served from 11am - 3:30pm and mini meals available all day. As more customers were starting to come in, I greeted a pleasant female employee behind the counter and ordered the brown stew chicken lunch special which was served with rice & peas, steamed vegetables, fried plantains, and included a small lemonade. The female placed the food in a container and graciously added sauce over the rice & peas. As soon as I got into my vehicle, I began eating my food and it was really good. The rice & peas was cooked to a soft consistency, the veggies had a crunchy texture to them, but was also palatable, the lemonade was refreshing, and the brown stew chicken was browned nicely and very tender. Another enjoyable meal from a Jamaican restaurant to add to my favs list. Must come back to try their other dishes and homemade beverages.

Best brown stew fish. It's hard to find authentic food like this around. Manager Jr is excellent.
