Vicky Bakery is always amazing! Their pastelitos are the best super fresh and flaky and the café con leche never misses. The staff is friendly and fast, and everything tastes like it’s made with real care. If you want authentic Cuban pastries, this is the place to go!

I feel compelled to warn others about my experience at this Vicky Bakery location. The staff treated me very well, friendly and professional but sadly, the four flan with cheesecake that I bought caused four family members to become ill with diarrhea and vomiting. No one expects to buy a dessert that results in such a serious reaction. I strongly urge the management to take food safety more seriously and to remove any expired or contaminated products from their shelves. Thinking back, I remember seeing two full trays, which now raises major concerns about how long it had been sitting there.

Omg they did my parents anniversary cake it was awesome, my parents thought it was beautiful and delicious, I have dine in and also had take out they did exactly what I asked for I recommend Vicky's bakery to anyone I wish I can post the 🎂 here

Poor customer service, don’t listen to your order. Had to send my food back because they failed to listen and then I still had an issue with the order. They had an attitude the entire time like it was my fault?? Not to mention the way they have the store arranged is not convenient for customers.

I love the CAO bakery location on Federal Highway so I was excited to try this Vicky location. I just walked into the restaurant and about four employees were having a meeting in the middle while another woman in the back worked. The four people have the meeting walked away, leaving the one poor woman to do all the work herself, stood there for a good two minutes and not a single employee said hello or anything to me so I walked out. Maybe I’ll try again next time

My toast was not hot. They took forever. Definitely do not order for pick up, it’s faster to go in and order it, it will come out a lot faster, folks kept going in order, and leaving before me, with larger orders. No one acknowledges that you’re waiting on anything or tries to help. Customer service is not there thing. Nor is timeliness or hot toast. Coffee tasted like warm milk with a dabble of coffee. I’ll probably feel sleepy soon.

I've had really bad service at places but this is by far the worst service money can buy. The prices have really skyrocketed in the last year and a half but the service has gotten worse, even though I didn't think it was possible. Order online at your own doom. Stay away, not worth the hassle.

How nice to enter a place where they take good care of you without bad faces, but this is not the place here. A lady did it today at 12:30 noon and in a hurry for no reason, bad service, an older lady with glasses without the most minimal politeness she gave me the change not in my hand she put it on the edge of the cash register so as not to give it to me I love the food instead but the service today was very terrible and rude from the lady 😔😔

Worst location I’ve been to. Almost no staff constant ten person line to order and all three times I ordered they didn’t put stuff in that I paid for. I will drive farther to another bakery because this one is a nightmare
