Firstly, customer service! All the girls are friendly and transmit good energy. But most of all I go for Doña Olga's Cortadito, which in addition to being nice, seems to do magic with that delicious foam she adds and the sugar requirement is also exact! And I love that because I don't like very sweet.

I came in with a group of 7 girls, Olga and Mareilys were the absolute sweetest in serving all of us!!Everyone got something different so we got to see a lot of what this place offers. The Cuban was huge, all of the empanadas were delicious, but the Tres Leches was the best I have ever had!Excellent food and the sweetest staff! :)
I have been ordering from this bakery for a while now, and I must say their service is always exceptional. The food is scrumptious, and it is always served hot and presented immaculately. I had a situation with Doordash yesterday while placing an order at the bakery, and the manager handled it brilliantly. She even went out of her way to deliver my food in person and offered me a complimentary item. I was extremely impressed and grateful for their impeccable service. The manager, Mayerly in particular, deserves a special shoutout for going above and beyond. Thank you so much for the fantastic experience! Las croquetas son insuperablemente deliciosas!!! This Viky is beautiful, the decoration is super clean, the attention was 10, the girl was super super friendly and attentive. There was an incident with another client while there and they fixed it super professionally and with a lot of tact and delicacy, there was empathy, I liked it. I made a reservation for my daughter's birthday party on Sunday, Viky has always been known for having very good products and fresh sweets, at least at the one I usually buy in Hialeah on 8th or 6th Street, through the Amazon stores . Buuuut, they gave my daughter a cupkake and when I tried it, the panetela was hard, it didn't seem fresh, I pray to God for my Sunday order that it's all fresh because it's going to give me something. But what I went to today, everything was very good. I'll tell you, I promise if the sweets are as good and excellent as the ones at Viky in Hialeah where I used to shop when I lived in Miami. We will see.
