Horrible service , great music and amazing hookah. Took 25 minutes to get service after I asked for a waiter to get help. This place is fun for Eastern Europeans but really wish they actually cared for their customers.

My husband and I visit this place regularly. Not only that the food is amazing but the service is beyond great and the entire staff always seem to do their utmost best to satisfy and please their customers. Ilona is simply THE BEST, super efficient and works fast. We are always greeted in a kind and warm welcome and end up having a wonderful time. Place is super clean, classy and the atmosphere is beautiful. Definitely deserves more than 5 stars!

My favorite place to go ! Perfect for karaoke or weekend parties. Love the staff ! And you must try their food , its delicious. Celebrated my birthday there and would recommend to everyone! 10/10
The attitude of the waiters is simply terrible, they behave rudely, even when there is a fat check - they include tips twice. I left so much money in this establishment, they could have behaved correctly with regular customers.CHANGE THE STAFF ALREADY! And I'm not the only one who complains about waiters!And now a question for the administration: Doesn’t it bother you that your clientele has changed a lot?
