Ordered a breakfast panini sandwich with Swiss cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream. Left with the sandwich to find no lettuce or tomato, but raw onion instead. I hate raw onion, so had to pick all the pieces off. I went back tonight to see the same woman working. I told her she made my sandwich wrong and she said they were busy and only 2 ppl working. That's no excuse to make my order wrong. I decided I would not order since she was there.

Pit stop for a road trip. Clean restrooms, just ask the cashier to have someone unlock it for you since they are for customers only. Nice cashier and fast service for my snack checkout. Would go back here again.

Alot of the items there are expired. Even when I ordered take out delivery, received expired items. Be careful because this store does not check expiration dates regularly and if you don't check before you buy you will get sick. This expired two months ago on 8/28/25

This location continuously will not put veggies on your sandwich, idk why and idc because they have it in stock and just won't put it on your sandwich everytime, anytime I come to this location. Then you have to finish make the sandwich yourself once you mention the missing veggies š¤¦š¾āāļø ... Just go to wawa on griffin or hallandale. They'll take care of you šÆ

This is my first ever complaint about a Wawa anywhere. This particular location locks their bathrooms. Now, I understand that in this particular area, there is a large population of unhoused people, sex workers, and people doing hard drugs. Iām guessing someone either got caught doing something disgusting or dangerous, hence the locked doors. The problem is that during the day this location is very busy, and the employees donāt have the time to unlock the doors for each customer that needs to pee. I donāt blame them, thatās not a sustainable situation. I would suggest keeping doors unlocked during the day, and/or having a security guard on duty like some of the other Wawa locations in āroughā areas. Not being able to urinate when itās urgent, or having to harangue someone already overwhelmed with work to address my bodily functions is nothing I want to experience on any day. Please figure out a better solution. Besides that, this location has friendly staff, good food, and only occasionally runs out of coffee. The bathroom situation is untenable and solely based on that, this will be the first Wawa I avoid and recommend others avoid as well.

They overtook my order of french fries they are burnt and crunchy they feel like hard as a rock some of the french fries I could barely eat because they're so hard for my teeth they cook them too long at Wawa they're fries are disgusting they're fish sandwich is overcooked and not cooked correctly and not cooked all the way I see raw meat and pink when I'm eating this sandwich my stomach started hurting don't worry I'm calling the food inspector
Staff is always welcoming and kind! Gas prices aren't bad for the area, and the food is objectively good. The location is BAD with lots of sketchy people doing their best to ruin the inside and outside. But what can you do.
