I'm giving it four stars because I ordered 10 Chicken Nuggets and they gave them to me spicy, and I never said I wanted them spicy. So, after I'd already left, I had to go back and return them. That's why I'm giving it four stars—because I wasted time.

After visiting a family member in the hospital, I expected at least decent service — but this was the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had.
The drive-thru was chaotic and unprofessional. I ordered a Coke Zero, paid for it, and then was handed a fruit punch instead. When I asked about it, the employee actually laughed and told me that if I wanted Coke Zero, I should go inside myself — even though I specifically chose the drive-thru because I had my child in the car. They didn’t even bother to tell me they were out of Coke Zero before charging me.
The food was disgusting and poorly made: soggy fries, soggy bacon, and a burger that wasn’t even fully cooked. Not safe, not fresh, not edible. When I said “thank you,” the employee rolled her eyes and walked away like the whole thing was a joke.
I rarely come to this Wendy’s — and now I remember why. I would rather drive to the Hallandale Wendy’s than risk my time, money, and my child’s safety doing U-turns and dealing with rude treatment for food that isn’t even prepared correctly.
This location seriously needs better staff training and customer service standards. I will never be returning.

When a customer is ordering food, and they're going to have to wait for an item, they should be told BEFORE they pay so they can choose something else. People have places they need to be on time, and there is no room to pull over and wait when you have multiple cars waiting for their food.

Cashier provided great customer service. The food was average. Today my family and I dined in the inside dining area There is mold on the furniture in the dining area and on the bench seating on all furniture in restaurant. Very unsanitary and it concerned me as my elderly parents have respiratory issues. Visible Mold on wooden chairs, tables, and bench seating.

Went to the Wendy's on Hollywood Blvd near Park Rd. Took my grandson to physical therapy across the street. The workers were courteous and professional as a little mix up we ended up with an extra small fry. I offered to give it back the worker refused it and smile said to enjoy our meal.
