I order a bacon double burger tell me why when I got the order from DoorDash it was just a bacon burger. I don’t know, but I guess you’ll staff is not reading the tickets correctly, but they need to make sure they are doing the customers order right. I understand sometimes you will make mistakes but damn always read the ticket more than once cause you’re gonna have more than one order at the same time

This is the worst customer service! If you want your order to be incorrect, and missing items and still receive and attitude about your order then this place to go. Order 4 different orders and was missing 2 sandwiches, when asking the young man at the counter he had a terrible attitude, and never wanted to help us, constantly walking away and asking what did we order. I had to read the receipt over and over to ensure that I was missing 2 sandwich’s and that one sandwich was incorrect. He insisted that I wasn’t missing any items until I read the receipt again to him. Customer service doesn’t exist here

I didn't even make a purchase at this like Wendy's. I went in to use my Wendy's rewards and offers. When I went to the counter it did not work. The staff told me that it must be my phone. I downloaded the app again after uninstalling it and it still didn't work. Wendy's rewards program never works.

Customer service isn’t good people are rude and don’t use manners at all no good customer service plus when I was eating my food I saw a roach on the napkin. I use to work there years ago and they always had roaches but I just though since it’s new owners maybe it gotten taken care of never going here again threw everything away now I have to clean my car out.

Today they got wrong my order she opened the window and I explain that I want a sandwich with fries and. Frosty as a drink. And I got a coupon for another Frosty. Free. Manager came. Not even a minute after and. She was super cool. She asked me what the order was and she fixed it right away. I am so happy for how she handled the situation I don't remember her name. We need more people like her. . Thank you. I wish that store was closer to me . I will go one day to thank you in person..

It is always something at this location. Food is never ready, no matter how far in advance you order. The other day, they told me they had nothing but 4 for 4s. Why couldn't they use the meat from the 4 for 4s for something else? Seems like they just did not want to make anything besides the simple deal. Such a shame. The other location in the area has great service.
