Today they got wrong my order she opened the window and I explain that I want a sandwich with fries and. Frosty as a drink. And I got a coupon for another Frosty. Free. Manager came. Not even a minute after and. She was super cool. She asked me what the order was and she fixed it right away. I am so happy for how she handled the situation I don't remember her name. We need more people like her. . Thank you. I wish that store was closer to me . I will go one day...

Service was not so great to start in the drive thru, not any better at the window either. Like he was tired and aggravated to be there. The food is really shrinking a lot.!!!! Next you'll have to look through a magnifying glass to see our food....

am not surprised by all of the average reviews on here. We had a long day and were hungry. We thought we would be safe ordering a chicken classic sandwich. We decided to split it because of our diets. Thank goodness because it really didn't taste good to me, like 3 days old oil was used to cook with. The fries were so-so. It did not taste like the Wendy's Classic Chicken sandwich of a couple of years ago.

The service was ok and the cashier was nice....
