This is the worse Wendy’s I work close so that’s why I go but every time I go I’m disappointed. The potatoes are burnt and dry chilli is watery. They don’t care about presentation or taste soooo upsetting

Ai ordering at the drive through is terrible and they're way understaffed 20+ minutes in the drive thru for a couple of burgers and fries is a bit ridiculous... Drive past this location

It was just an average experience. I only went because I needed to kill some time. The wait to get my order was very long, even though I had ordered online — I still had to wait 15 minutes, and it was in the morning with only one other table of customers inside.
All the employees were focused on the drive-thru customers, and we were completely forgotten.

Served us well yesterday for Veterans Day. My husband’s in the military and they didn’t believe he had a valid 🪪 so we didn’t like that part of the service but they did thank my husband for his service after l showed him the 🪪 They need older experienced cashiers to work at the Wendy’s.

When want to have a decent burger for your money and fast, a Baconator it is just what you want. The food was good as always and the lady who attended me was nice, and the place was clean and service was as quick as possible as usual. It’s all what you need man!

We’re the couple from Germany, the ones wearing the matching green and white outfits, and we just had the best experience at this Wendy’s!
The food was great, but what really made our visit unforgettable was Dave behind the register. He was so charming, friendly, and full of positive energy … truly the soul of this location. His warm attitude and genuine smile made us feel so welcome, even far from home.
Thank you, Dave, for making our day!! We’ll definitely remember this stop on our trip!

It's fast and not messy.
Wendy's used to have really good burgers and fries. Their food has been sub-par for a while now. I keep going back, hoping it's gotten better, but no.

I've gone to two different Wendy's locations and both times they didn't have enough chili even though I ordered it through the app. At the first Wendy's I went to, they told me I'd have to get my refund through my bank. When I contacted the bank, they told me it usually takes 2-3 days for a refund to process. The second Wendy's had the same issue, and again the order was already processed, and I couldn't get a refund through the app or at the store. I also tried calling the Wendy's customer service phone number, but no one answered. It feels like I got scammed paying for food I never received. Please fix the app so refunds can be issued when items aren't available and make customer service easier to reach. In the end, I paid, didn't receive my food, didn't eat, and wasted my time.

Never got to order ,the manager has a seriouse problem and thought it was maybe just her having a belated day the first time I went there but stoped off here after home depot again two months later ,stand there waiting 5 min not even hey ill be right with you she seen me locked at me girl cleaning rug out front dude in back during god knows what ,but the real probhere is the franchise owner with people like this working here it'll be closed down from people like that they have working there .anybody dont belive me show up at u o'clock in the morning and you will se what im talking about ,no people skills she shouldnt be working with customers

2/21/25 Order # 3047 - I just stopped by this Wendy's to get a breakfast burrito, and when I opened it up there was no egg in it at all. It's supposed to come with sausage, potatoes, 2 eggs, and cheese. At least that's what the menu said. I tried calling several times and no one answers the phone. I want my money back.
