2/21/25 Order # 3047 - I just stopped by this Wendy's to get a breakfast burrito, and when I opened it up there was no egg in it at all. It's supposed to come with sausage, potatoes, 2 eggs, and cheese. At least that's what the menu said. I tried calling several times and no one answers the phone. I want my money back.

Ordered fries and a shake with ranch and honey mustard. The lady behind the register aggressively asked âWHAT FOR?!â When I asked for the sauce. She gave me my fries with only honey mustard. I nicely asked for ranch, to which she replied âNO! I already gave you two, itâs only for nuggets anyway!â (She didnât even give me two, she only gave me one lol). I also saw this cookie at the front, I donât know if thatâs mold or what??

The restaurant was dirty, the restroom smelled like a horse stable. Behind the counter, the floor is maturity. The counter was filthy, but service was acceptable. The soda fountain was out of most everything and was not calibrated properly, and the sodas tasted like flavored water. The salted caramel frosty was good.
Horrible service and the place was trashed when we walked in. Waited 22 minutes for 2 biggie bags. Upper management needs to pay this location a visit and make some changes.

Annoying beepers from kitchen non stop burgers f dry as f. Kid on break standing at counter looking at me while I waited with 1/2 dozen employees and manager present. When cashier came to take my order he then needed to have someone unlock the register..

Itâs the only fast food restaurant that has never figured out how to keep drinks in stock. Their soda machines are always empty. Or if they do have some drinks available, they donât have ice, or the drinks all taste like water. Itâs been like this for years. Also, the entire staff of like 8 people will carry on a conversation without acknowledging someone standing at the register waiting to order.

They got my order wrong then when i asked them to fix it and double checked my order the girl said stop holding up my line being super rude as she was eating my wrong order when there was no one in back of me, i thought about going back and saying something but id rather write a bad review because people deserve to know how RUDE the girls are working there!!!
