When I arrived, I immediately noticed the place smelled horrible. The Floor was sticky. A sense of dread came over me, wondering what the food would taste like, In such a place.I Ordered the chicken apple salad And the food Did not taste fresh. The pieces of chicken were hard as if it had been cooked in the microwave. I will never step foot in that place again. I donât consider it safe. If the appearance and the lack of cleanliness Is that the forefront? I can imagine what lurks behind the scenes.Iâm surprised the place hasnât been shut down. Needless to say, the food was returned, and I couldnât get out of there fast enough.

Wendyâs food is great. However, the late-night drive-thru experience is frustrating. Almost every time I go at night, my order is wrong. I end up having to repeat myself multiple times and then wait even longer while they fix the mistake. The food quality keeps me coming back, but the nighttime drive-thru service really needs improvement. Getting orders right the first time would make a big difference.

ROACHES everywhere! even where costumers sit to eat their food. (I have pictures.) Managers there are very disgusting. No customer service, outstandingly rude and disrespectful. Cursing at costumers and employees drinking on the job!

Demya was taking the orders and handing the food today. First she was rushing the order i didnât say anything or acknowledge it but when I got to the window she made a disrespectful remark (unprovoked). Her coworker thought that I was someone they knew and her response was âwhy would you try her like that (referring to the girl that he thought I was as if Iâm ugly), sheâs big isnât the girl you talking about skinnyâ referring to me as big⊠then Demya proceeded to ask if I asked her something while I was just sitting there on the phone waiting for my food at the window. The environment was very unsettling. Someone needs to speak to her or train over.

Spent $18 on a burger combo and 6 piece chicken nuggets and they charge me for an extra bbq for the nuggets... that is petty and horrible customer service. $.50 extra is ridiculous. Do better Wendy's.
