Great vibes at Wholly Cow. The owner was here both times we stopped by and his staff are super friendly and kind. Best bbq in town honestly. The meat is tender, has good flavor and falls off the bone. It’s worth trying out and I bet it won’t disappoint. Let me start by saying I never leave reviews. But damn…. This BBQ is the truth. I have been here a few times, and it is always consistently juicy, tender and well smoked. Jeremy and his team know what they’re doing. Catered a whole brisket today and it got the highest praise from some of the biggest critics that I know.
