This is my first time trying wings express, They have a very nice atmosphere and excellent service, I tried the sliders and it was very delicious I will definitely be coming back!

Stopped by here today to get a quick meal. I ordered a combination that had five wings and fried fish along with fries and can soda. I chose the fried catfish which had a great crunch on the outside and the fish was flaky and moist on the inside. The wings were pretty good also. I chose the teriyaki sauce. The fries were so crunchy and soft inside. And you cannot go wrong for the price all of $13.99. they also have a ton of other options. This is definitely a spot to try and the service is great as well.

The first couple of visits were awesome. Maybe it depends on the cook or who is in charge that day because it seems like whoever is cooking has gotten lazy. It's called Wing Express, however the wings were not done; they were pink. On another occasion, the Philly cheese steak was ordered. The meat was cooked too hard and the bread was tough. Also the peppers and onions that were once visible before we're almost cooked to nothing. The owner wasn't accommodating enough to ask did I want it to be cooked over. I think he could tell that I wasn't quite pleased with the look of the food . Please understand that when you're working in the restaurant industry, every customer is not going to be satisfied and would like the food to be made over. It should be about customer satisfaction so that you can keep customers coming in consistently and not lose good business. Try to be a bit more humble.

***BEWARE*** ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Everyone at this place doesn’t listen and doesn’t take accountability for anything. I have been ordering from here now 3 different times and each time there is another problem. I stressed to them the order to make sure there is no mistakes. And once again more issues and half my order is garbage. Not only there was a problem the manager refused to get on the phone as he supposedly was busy. He finally got on after having to call back again and again I asked for a credit for future use for part of my order as this is now the 3rd time they messed it up and they refused and said i must have dropped as if don’t know what my order is supposed to be. As someone who is the hospitality industry i would handle a situation like this. Very easy to take care of a repeat customer especially after multiple mistakes with their orders. The order is never right always a problem!!!

The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was very cute. The restaurant is in a great location. The service however needs a little improvement. I think the cashier was new but she needs some training. I ordered a combo but she told me the combo didn't come with a side and I had to order a side. I stupidly believed her. When my order came it had 2 sides because the combo did in fact come with a side. When I questioned the cashier, she was like, I didn't know. That is unacceptable in my opinion. The owner was in the back I believe. He needs to train his staff better so people don't spend extra money for no reason.Or stay up front with her until she learns the menu. That was very annoying to ne.

Phenomenal service. Didn't expect it to be as nice as it was inside for a wing place. Had wings and shrimp combo, family had 15 piece wings combo, and fish and garlic parmesan wings combo. Plenty of food. Really great wings. Fries were nice and crispy. Can't say enough about the service, so attentive.
