Absolutely unacceptable service. My order was messed up, and instead of taking responsibility, the manager, Theresa, made the situation worse by being dishonest and unprofessional. She lied to my face multiple times and then refused to provide any proof that my card was refunded after claiming it was. There was no accountability, no transparency, and a clear lack of basic customer service skills. What should’ve been a simple fix turned into a frustrating back-and-forth because she wouldn’t acknowledge her mistake. At some point, it’s not worth arguing with a fast-food manager who refuses to be honest. This location needs serious improvement in management. Save yourself the headache and take your business

I was really looking forward to my order, but this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with Wingstop. The food was so greasy that it made it hard to eat, and the fries tasted old, like they had been sitting out for a long time. I ended up throwing the whole meal away. Very disappointing, and I hope the location takes food quality more seriously.

Order a 10 piece with two different flavors .. they had Zero flavor .. the blandest I’ve ever had .. only got 2 flats in my 10 piece order and the wings barely had any meat on them. Just 0 stars for the food

Terrible experience! I ordered delivery from Wingstop and more than half my food was missing. When I called, the manager actually told me I had to drive there and bring the food back so they could “check what I got.” Seriously?! They blamed the driver, but I ordered directly from them — they should make sure the order is correct before it leaves! Completely unacceptable service and rude on the phone. Never ordering from Wingstop again!

I was there around 7:25pm (September 30) and ordered fries, I saw that he put too much salt on them but still gave myself the chance to try them and sure enough they were extremely salty. I told the cashier about it and she brought it back to the guy with long braids in the frying station, instead of giving me new ones he put them back on the frier and she gave me the same ones. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING 🤮 It is the second time that this happens to me, the first time I made them give me new ones, today I just threw them away and will never come back. I am sure that’s how they are trained by the franchise owner, you have to be cheap and nasty to do that. Run don’t walk away!!! (Everything is on camera)

Fact: It is illegal for restaurants in Florida, and the rest of the United States, to put leftover fries back in the fryer, as this violates food safety regulations and creates a foodborne illness risk.

This is the best location. My favorite location. However, their fries changed again. Not the best. But Ms. Theresa and Twin will make sure to do their best with your order. The entire staff works well under pressure. Especially when a customer isn't happy. The food and atmosphere is amazing. Thank you to all staff.
