I recently ordered ramen from this place, and it was an excellent experience! The ramen bowls were not only delicious but also generously sized, making for a hearty meal. Upon picking up my food, I was greeted warmly, which added a nice touch to my visit. What impressed me even more was that the food stayed warm by the time I got home, showing they really take care in packaging. I also tried the edamame appetizer, and it was packed with flavor. Overall, a fantastic dining experience—highly recommend!

Tonkotsu broth was very flavorful! Prices are very fair and worth it for the quality. This is a small family owned spot. definitely recommend and I’ll be returning when in Hallandale area.

Wood One Ramen is hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had — not just in Miami, but anywhere in the U.S. This place is truly a hidden gem and an absolute must-visit for anyone who loves flavorful, soul-warming food served in a beautiful and uplifting atmosphere.

The interior is stylish and unique, with an artistic, almost magical vibe. Whether you choose to sit inside or enjoy the cozy outdoor seating, the environment is always welcoming. They play great, positive music, and the staff is incredibly friendly — it feels like you’re visiting good friends every time you come in.

The menu is impressively diverse. I personally come here often and always order the Tonkotsu Ramen — it’s absolutely addictive. But there’s so much more to try! The shrimp shumai is delicate and delicious, and the kimchi cabbage is packed with flavor. I’m already looking forward to trying the Unagi Donburi dish in the future!

They also serve refreshing bubble tea, which is the perfect complement to the meal.

To top it all off, the owner himself is often present and shares the inspiring story of how he started this place — it adds such a personal touch to the whole experience.

The broth was delicious (very salty though) and the price is a bit steep for what you get but the flavors are good. I wish they gave more pork and toppings with the ramen and less noodles (too many noodles) but the broth was tasty.

Absolutely loved the ramen here! Every vegan reading this out there - YOU GOTTA come here! We were on vacation to Ft Lauderdale and I was craving ramen and SO glad we made our way to this place. I practically inhaled it and although I was full, I wanted to go for a second helping. It was the best! Continue what you’re doing, we’re so coming back! ❤️ Lots of love to y’all!

Our favorite ramen place in 10 miles radius. Tonkotsu is amazing, the noodles are perfect and waiters are extremely precise when you ask to exclude some ingredient. Delicious food every time we come here, it's truly my comfort food place by now. The staff is nice and polite, but not annoying. Please don't change a thing.
