boba sucks worst i’ve tried in south florida, tapioca is slimy outside and hard on the middle and the tea tastes like bitter tap water. and to top it off they don’t even have actual strawberry milk!! they put strawberry pieces in milk tea, the taste is astonishingly horrid. The place is stuffy and the background music keeps skipping and scratching causing physical migraines.As someone who likes anime openings/ endings, just in poor taste overall.

The vibe in this place was alright. However they took a long time with our order and they even forgot abt it. The boba in this place is also really bad and the tea is mediocre at best. Would not recommend.

Great customer service. I walk here from my home with the family at least 3 times a week and get Boba for the family , snacks and my kids play with arcade games . Shop has ben here for about 6 months and seems to be growing!!! Great spot to go to and hangout or grab and go

Didn’t had a great experience. The boba was hard as rock (most certainly it was not fresh). On the positive side, they kindly remake my drink (no boba this time which was a bit unfortunate), taste of the milk tea was ok but didn’t blew my mind.

You guys need major improvement & upgrades. I’ve never had such a horrible tasting Milk tea in my life , I’m sorry for this review but major improvement is needed for success in the future .

I was here 3 weeks ago and it still has the same sign up I’ve been here 3 times and it always says closed every time I go to the door. Please take off your sign, I’ve spent gas coming here because it’s says they’re open on Google maps.

It's ok. I got the oreo brown sugar boba which only come in medium and it was 6.12 which is expensive considering that kung fu tea has a large option for 5.62 and in my opinion the kung fu tea taste better. The staff was nice but they were preocupied with other online order although I know one can attend me and the other can do the online order. I also think they forgot about me because the guy reminded the girl I already ordered after being there for 10 minutes and then I finally got my order. Oh and the seal to my cup wasn't correctly sealed

Terrible experience, horrible customer service! Got refunded on Groupon My step daughter was in town visiting and we always try a different boba tea cafe...bought a Groupon for enough for 4 teas, they were out of boba and brown sugar and tried to come up with something else but the guy wasn’t willing to make anything unless it was specifically on menu. Didn’t want to work! And said we had to use the full $20 Groupon at one time but did not say that on website
Horrible experience, DO NOT BUY THE THAI TEA FROM HERE, it is absolutely horrible. Ordered the Thai tea and got something that tasted like vinegar, went to tell the worker about the drink being sour and he just added simple syrup to it and tried to give me back the same drink. Also my niece asked for her xiaofang tea with jelly and he put in boba. To top it off the drinks were not labeled and the guy that had ordered before me came back to the counter because something was wrong with his drink as well. I have an emotional support dog and they made me leave the store, Won't be going there again. (My ESA is a teacup yorkie that weights 2.5 lbs, literally stays on my hand and I get anxiety without him)

so when they first opened, the drinks were consistently good, I had no problems with my order and the employees were very respectful. As they hired more employees, specifically one of the guys working there (cashier, brown hair, gucci belt, lv mask, a black barrette hat, with a beard) was very unprofessional, unskilled, i’ll-mannered (im not making this up) and overall has an unwelcoming attitude. This isn’t the first time his orders have come out wrong. Whenever I would go and he was there my drinks were always messed up. Yan yan’s drinks were amazing when the owner was there, the drinks were the best i’ve ever had, but now their new employees don’t put in the same effort so the drinks are ok.

He put 200% sugar in my both cups and made the outside of my cups and even the carry bag so messy.My cup leaks from top when I tried to upside-down shake it. I asked both 50% sugar and he gave me definitely 200%!!!This place turned out horrible now, not like before. I’ll no longer come back.

Drink is ok (that's why 2 star), but employee provided service which is not acceptable at all, music was so loud so he did not hear what I ask and what I want to order, I even asked him if he can lower sound, but of course he did not, so every time I asked something he answered on completely different question, for example, I asked: do you have caffeine free? And he said yes we have red tea, so I asked is it caffeine free? He said no, we have red, green and black tea, so I asked again which one is caffeine free and he said we don't have caffeine free... not recommend this place, unless you have steel nerves.

I was order the xiaofang boba tea as well, but the boba taste horrible. Not sure what's wrong with them, I ordered same drink at different location (I mean sunrise location) and received the better quality.
