Very friendly staff, terrible food quality. Constantly out of stock for everything popular. They had no brisket, no chicken, no pork. How can a BBQ restaurant be out of ALL barbecue products? They couldn't do a Bianca Pizza as they were out of the ingredients required. And they couldn't even do Cinnamon Sugar fried doughnuts... When I got the basic white pizza I ordered home (15m drive), it was like a jaw workout as the pizza was so hard its like the dough had been made up the day before. Will not be going back here.

Ok look. I love pizza. I haven’t lived in the area for near 20 years and at my house, I make pizza every week. Being back home and wanting to support a local restaurant, Zack’s hit the mark for a pizza (especially NY style) craving.
We got a NY cheese & garlic knots. What would elevate both of these items to the next level - salt. The knots desperately needed it, and the pizza would’ve been a home run with salt. The dough and sauce didn’t taste like any salt was included. Either way, I’d go back and maybe try one with meat, knowing that can add salt.

Will NEVER get my business!! Order a full rack of ribs and this is the crap I got !! Waited 20 mins and the crap is cold!! I called and said this is a rack he said I personally cut them!!🤣🤣🤣🤣 and u must of personally ate the other half!!!
This is just an awesome, American family owned restaurant. The food is great, the atmosphere is great and the folks who own and operate this spot are just wonderful. This is not fine dining, rather it is good food, made by good people for a good price. I absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Sebring or just passing through.

Update (9/18/2025): I am not going to change my previous review because I want everyone to read it and SEE how Zacks Pizza MADE it RIGHT!!. I was surprised at work today with a delivery of 2 big pizzas and 2 orders of wings. When the delivery girl came to the office, I said I think you have the wrong office. She looked at her phone and asked for Michelle? I’m like, yes that is me, then she said my last name, and I said yes. I knew I did not order any pizza but then I asked the girls at the office to read the box. The pizza was from Zacks pizzeria. I was surprised. I have to say the pizza looked good 🙂. The presentation of the Sicilian pizza was beautiful 🙂. The flavor was good; it was not great but good. We enjoyed it today, and the wings were good as well 🙂. They replaced the whole order that I had previously purchased. I have to say, I gave them an A+ for customer satisfaction. WELL, DONE! 👍👏👏👏👏 I also updated their STAR review. Clapping hands (9/16/2025): I ordered Sicilian pizza, and it was the worst pizza I tasted in Florida. I wanted to try their pizza because the one in the mall was a little expensive. I was hoping for a good Sicilian pizza. Omg, what I got was a soggy pizza, and it looked like flat pizza. I also ordered mango habanero wings; it was so spicy hot that I couldn't even finish one. I'm very disappointed ☹. If I'm buying a Sicilian pizza, and I can't go to Sarasota or Orlando, I will go to Sebring Mall. mango habanero wings I'll stick with dominos... 😔. AND they are expensive as well. I will never buy again 😒
