Rude and demeaning service here tonight. The cashier was kind but the lady behind the counter was rude and demeaning.It felt like we were a bother&she made me feel like a scolded child for asking a ?
Extremely rude service from a pushy woman who had the nerve to tell my wife “Don’t over think it, its just ice cream.” We were just checking out the flavors. We hadn’t even asked for samples. And there wasn’t a line behind us. It was significantly overpriced compared to other local ice cream shops. And the ice cream was nothing special. We had a peanut butter ice cream that had no peanut butter flavor at all. We won’t be going back. If you want ice cream on Anna Maria Island there are far better choices!

The absolute best! Chet and his family are so welcoming and kind...and of course, the ice cream is fresh and amazing! Quick service, lots of indoor and outdoor space to sit and enjoy your treats. There are over 40 ice cream flavors...and the sorbet and Dole Whip are dairy free and delicious, too!
You MUST stop at this shop. The ice cream is fantastic. There are so many flavors and every one we tried was delicious. The owners are a delight! We will be visiting this shop frequently during our stays on the island!! 🏝️

Great ice cream, definitely the best on Anna Maria. Staff is very nice, helpful with the flavors, fairly priced. Scoops aren’t too big, sizing is good.
