#1 on the island! Homemade- can’t beat that! We tried every ice cream shop on Anna Maria and this was by far the best! The ice cream was so good, you can tell it’s homemade, the flavors and creaminess are unmatched. The staff is also so, so nice. They took pride in their shop and were a joy to talk with. They cared for their customers and made the experience special.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the cheerful hello! I was impressed by the range of options—from classic vanilla and chocolate to more adventurous flavors. I went with the strawberry cheesecake , and it was absolutely divine. The ice cream was perfectly creamy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The staff was welcoming and patient, especially considering there was 10 of us to make a decision. Prices were on par, if not better with other ice cream shops in the area. Given the quality and generous portions, I thought it was well worth every penny.
All in all, holy cow delivered on every front—great flavors, a fun atmosphere, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

My mom and I came here twice in 1 trip and it was the best service both times. The ice cream is amazing and the people are amazing as well. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend if you are in or near Anna Maria Island!

This place is amazing !!! We have been coming here for years with our kids and the owners have treated us like family !!! Enjoy the laughs and kind service. Melinda is an amazing host for the cute shop !!! She definitely gets her work ethic and dedication to the customer from her parents !! Thank you for the wonderful memories ♥️

Leaving the island and found this gem of a place on our way out. Can't go wrong with anything here..it's all yummy. The owner was pretty cool, too. First time here and won't be the last.

Ice cream was great. The counter girl stayed on her phone before we got there while she served us (she did politely tell her friend to hold on while she helped us) and during the entire time we sat and ate. The focus of her conversation was complaining about her job. Not sure if it was the ice cream job or something else.

Absolutely loved everything about this place! They make their own hard ice cream in a facility off-island, and it is delicious. The owner was lovely to chat with and very friendly. Our condo rental was across the street and one of the best perks was having this place so close by.
Sundaes are great, too, but this ice cream is perfect all by itself.
This is a must-visit place if you are in the area.

They were so friendly and kind. They even gave us a can of whipped cream to take with us since our ice cream sundaes were all taken to go. He wanted us to be able to make our sundaes “pretty” again once we got back to our resort!! Highly recommend Holy Cow for all of your ice cream cravings!
