I’ve known this restaurant since they were at the other location. Food is OK, it used to be better but the customer service is one of the worst. I always request my pizza extra crispy, almost burnt and I never have it like that, but apparently the owner could care less about our comments

We went in at 8:20 PM and they told us we can only order takeout. Their closing time on Sundays is 9 PM not “8”. It was four of us. This is ridiculous. You’re supposed to serve the customers with professionalism not right when customers are walking through the door basically kicking them out. I gave one star because there isn't an option for zero stars. Owner should address this issue that has been happening for a while. He is losing money due to his staff not willing to work and they are very unprofessional.

Went with the family for the first time in years and the service was very slow. This wouldn’t have been a big deal except all of us left the place with food poisoning, I think the sauce was off that day it tasted weird. We’ve been sick since we went there and it’s already been 3 days.

Never visited this place before so came in with my family and walked up to the counter to ask if we sit down and wait for service or order there at the register. Waited about 10 minutes and a waitress finally came and said hello in English, so I asked her if we ordered at the register or sit down at a table to order. She responded in Spanish and I apologized and told her we don’t speak Spanish and she proceeded with attitude saying “well I don’t speak English.” We asked if anyone spoke English and she responded yes and we waited another 5min and ended up leaving because no one came despite several staff members being behind the counter, and the menu also looked less than appetizing to the kids. Not a friendly first impression and won’t ever go back to even try the food due to the poor service. I’m all about cultural diversity and I realize we’re in South Florida, but I won’t tolerate disrespect for not speaking Spanish in America, as I wouldn’t expect for people to speak English in a foreign country. Hopefully the business owners can hire staff more equipped to serve all the public and not just the Spanish speaking ones.
