The food is fantastic. The only complaint I have is that previously I was able to order the churrasco fajitas and write the meat term I wanted. Now I have to drive there and order at the window and tell the server how I want the meat. It’s very annoying! Why don’t they add the comments back in the online order?? They used to have it

USED TO BE!! Good cuban food. Customer service has gone down the toilets. They no longer take over the phone to go orders. Which makes it completely inconvenient especially when you want to place a dinner order on your way home. What upset me the most was the attitude the person over the phone had when I was asking about it. I was extremely offended.

Been there a few times and they don't even have complementary bread before your meal all decent restaurants offer this, plus bought 2 sandwiches a cuban that didn't even have pork in it like you advertise and a pan con lechon that was plenty of bread and not enough lechon this is typical of homestead restaurants and we have to settle for this crap, please don't write back how can we fix this there is no fixing It just do it right the first time if you advertise pork in your cuban sandwich put it in, I won't be returning.

We found this gem while staying across the street. The portions were incredibly generous so much so that we couldn’t even finish half of our plates. The chuletas were delicious, truly chef’s kiss.
The staff was warm and friendly. Highly recommend this place!

Bad experience trying to place an order at the outside window. I was standing at the counter and was next to order. The lady ignored me and took the order of the gentleman behind me and started speaking Spanish. She must’ve thought I didn’t understand what she was saying because I’m African American, but I understood everything. I politely stopped her and said that I was here first and it’s not fair and not good customer service to ignore people. Very rude and inconsiderate.

Food was good, Service waiters was not seen till the end, and atmosphere was family oriented.
We stopped in for lunch and left stuffed and happy. Cuban beef steak fajitas were amazing, the Cuban sandwich was delicious, and the shredded pork was mouth watering. The serving sizes were generous and staff was on top of it. Id definitely recommend it.
