“This is A genuine local Mexican restaurant for true home-cooked meals. Nothing fancy, but very clean and amazing service. The tacos are phenomenal, and the grouper plate was very fresh and tasty. And if this isn’t enough, these are the best margaritas that I have had since Mexico. Just a traditional one is amazing and if you’re up for a little twist, the coconut one is truly delicious . This is not a fancy place by any means, but it does have a great atmosphere where you can get a great quality meal at a very affordable price. Drove 30 minutes to get here and it was definitely worth it. Will do it again.“

“Been going to Casita since I moved here from NY in the 90s. The tortilla chips alone are worth buying (and eating…) in bulk.

“Dining area was half full on new years eve. Not sure what the wait was all about but they were scrambling to get everyone served. We got our meals 10 minutes til close. As a courtesy they brought out more tacos then we ordered. Ordered 6 tacos and they brought out 9. They had me taste test some tacos I've never had before.
Can't say I'm a fan of Tripa tacos just yet.
-Carne tacos were well seasoned and tender.
-Lengua tacos were a little tough but nicely seasoned.
-Al pastor tacos seemed dry. Almost like they had been sitting for a while.
- Barbacoa tacos were well seasoned and tender.
As my first time eating here I'd say my favorite taco was the Carne. The barbacoa a close second.“

“The quesa birria tacos could only be better if made with goat vs. beef. Even the consumme was delicious! The bistro was super thin and pretty chewy. The flavor was good but more like jerky. The beans and rice were so so. The tortillas were excellent. The salsa bar was superb.“

“La Pasadita never misses! If you haven't been to La Pasadita yet, you are seriously missing out. I came in and ordered the carne asada burrito, carne asada tacos, and al pastor tacos — and every single thing was absolutely incredible. The carne asada was perfectly seasoned and tender, and the burrito was packed with flavor in every bite. The al pastor tacos? Hands down some of the best I've had — that perfect balance of savory and slightly sweet with just the right amount of char. You can tell they're using fresh, high-quality ingredients because everything just tastes real — no shortcuts here. This is the kind of authentic Mexican food that keeps you thinking about it for days. Already planning my next visit. La Pasadita in Homestead is a gem and I can't recommend it enough!“

“Food was delicious as always. We’ve been going for over 20 years. The chips and salsa are amazing!!! Fresh homemade tortilla chips with fresh homemade salsa are so yummy. Chicken tacos are very good, burritos are delicious and enormous, enchiladas are yummy! As always a great experience with my family.“

“I had a pickup scheduled and visited the location at around 9PM. This is the location closest to my home but we usually order through Uber. As my first experience dealing the staff, I just had to take the time to leave them a fantastic review!
Katherine assisted us through the drive through and she was quick and nice! She instructed us to park on the side while they completed our order. It was a pretty big order for the whole family!
Paula cooked our meals and was SUPER NICE! Both came out several times to bring us our food and update us on the progress. You really don’t see this kind of customer service anymore!

“Love this place, I go here for lunch all the time. The staff are friendly and very hospitable, they make my visits super pleasant and I always look forward to stopping by because of them :) The food is also always well prepared and tastes great.
