“We had such a wonderful experience at Barra Vieja in Doral, and a huge part of that was thanks to our waitress, Margarita. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. Her energy was warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional.
Margarita knew the menu inside and out and gave great recommendations that we absolutely loved. She checked in at all the right times without ever being intrusive, and everything came out perfectly. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in what she does.
It’s rare to come across service that makes a night feel this special, but Margarita did exactly that. If you’re dining at Barra Vieja, ask for her—you won’t be disappointed!“

“Wow. Visiting Miami as an ice-hockey fan for Florida Panthers from Slovakia and thinking what to have for dinner. I found this place on google maps and gave it a try together with my pops, brother and brother in law. Burrito was from a different planet. Gonna stop one more time for sure.“

“La Potranca exceded my expectations, I love good authentic food, I was born in Mexico City and It’s difficult for me to find a restaurant that offers the taste I get when I go back and visit, I’m thrilled to finally find a place in my neighborhood where I can get my fix without all the bells and whistles or fusion with other cuisines. This is as authentic and good as it gets, from the simple way to make a delicious Margarita outside my home. The service is also top notch, our server Eric was so attentive and seamless at the same time. The tacos al pastor and the Carme asada tacos are perfection, the tortas and consomé are also amazing. I’m going back to taste more from the menu and highly recommend that you do the same! The atmosphere is great, cleanliness is also a 10 out 10! This place is MUST go!“
