Decent fresh food, at insane Panera prices. That really is the only criticism I can levy against this place, the price of the food is to high. Also it seems like the portions have gotten smaller for the same price, which is lame. The food I've gotten is always fresh and the staff is seldom rude. All in all I'd say it's a solid choice in the area.Dietary restrictions: They are willing to accommodate substitutions and list ingredients clearly.
Every time I come here they tell me they ran out of bread...it's 845 and they tell me once again we ran out of bread on the side..this place never ever had the bread on the side..thus is outrageous...need management over hete...not one white person in this store..it's all Spanish..they're all racist..this is crazy.i feel like panera is falling apart...wow..I'm so upset and hurt ...

Incredibly slow service! My order was placed using the screens at the entrance and, after waiting about 30 min, I asked about where it was... the people working there said they missed it, and then looked at their monitor and saw it! All I ordered was a bowl of soup and a hot tea. They had a large number of people waiting ahead (and maybe after) me, and they were all gone by then. They said, "Oh, sorry," and got my soup... then i had to ask for the cup for my tea. The work area looked messy, and the ovens were very dirty looking. Everyone looked totally unhurried and just taking their time. I won't be back!!

I always go for the bread. Quality is inconsistent, but it’s the closest thing to a real French baguette in our area. People are friendly but even though the sweets are excellent, I don’t buy them. I like to have continental breakfast (croissants, coffee, ect.). They have a huge problem with flies. Traditional bakeries have black lights and their display counters are closed. Get it together, Panera!

The kids working at this specific location are always rude and clearly undertrained. I never expect them to get my order right the first time—but running away from the window after handing me my order and acting like you can’t see/hear me as I wave for help to correct the order? No thank you. Incompetence + attitude is a bad mix, especially when you and your team are already known for inconsistency.
Never Has BAGUETTES !!! I’ve been coming to this Panera for the past 5 months & whenever I go it’s a 4/10 chance they’ll have baguettes to pair with my soup. I asked a manager (she told me she was a manager) “Betty” if I could have another type of bread, due to their lack of consistency, to order the bread that was supposed to come with the soup & she said she couldn’t do it. When I got to the window after handing her my money, I informed her that I come almost every day and that they’re always out of bread. She then gets upset with an attitude and tells me either I want the soup or not. I told her no, it’s fine, it’s just that the other managers always give me another type of bread to accommodate my order, since they don't have any. She then threw my $20 outside the drive-thru window and Screamed “Okay, forget it. Go somewhere else & don’t come back. I told you we couldn't give you another bread. Either you want the soup or not" &, of course, after getting money thrown in my face from the drive-thru window, I didn't want to continue with my order, so I drove off. They won't be getting any buiness from me any more ! No one deserves to be treated like this!
