Incredibly slow service! My order was placed using the screens at the entrance and, after waiting about 30 min, I asked about where it was... the people working there said they missed it, and then looked at their monitor and saw it! All I ordered was a bowl of soup and a hot tea. They had a large number of people waiting ahead (and maybe after) me, and they were all gone by then. Coming back from a relaxing trip in the Florida keys and an old client asked me some advice so I set up a quick meeting with other like-minded people from Miami, food was great we had a nice table of 8.

Decent fresh food, at insane Panera prices. That really is the only criticism I can levy against this place, the price of the food is to high. Also it seems like the portions have gotten smaller for the same price, which is lame. The food I've gotten is always fresh and the staff is seldom rude. All in all I'd say it's a solid choice in the area.Dietary restrictions: They are willing to accommodate substitutions and list ingredients clearly.
