“The sandwiches here are always outstanding but the service is also what makes us come here so much. The staff so nice! Today is my stepson’s birthday and the staff heard us mention it. They brought out a cheesecake with a candle and sang happy birthday! You’re not going to get that at any other sub shop. Love this place“

“I’ll admit, I was a little nervous when we first walked in because the restaurant was completely empty. Usually when you see a place with no one inside, you start wondering if that’s a bad sign 😅. But I was actually very pleasantly surprised once the food came out.

Our server, Danna, was really nice, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I ordered the pepper steak, and my dad ordered the brisket sandwich. My dad REALLY liked his brisket and basically agreed with what so many of the other positive reviews have said about it. He thought it was really good.

My pepper steak was also very good. It had a lot of flavor, was well seasoned, and I definitely enjoyed it. The only reason I wouldn’t personally give my dish a perfect 5/5 is that toward the end, some of the steak started to have a slightly gritty or almost sandy texture. It wasn’t enough to ruin the meal at all, but it was something I noticed.

Overall, though, we had a really good experience. The food was much better than I expected walking in, the service was great, and I’d definitely come back and try some of the other dishes—especially after seeing how much my dad liked that brisket sandwich.“

“I absolutely love coming to this place with my husband and son! The pho here is the best we’ve ever had, very authentic and delicious. I recommend p1 with extra tendon! The waitresses love my 1 yr old son and are so sweet- always playing with him, watching over him, and giving him snacks. I feel very at home in phokaholic, we have to come here multiple times a month. There are not many places where you feel this comfortable bringing a small child, they are amazing.
