(99% of the time I do) however, this time when I got home, I thought uh oh... sure enough my family meal was missing; bread, hot sauce, and salsa ☹️ the only reason for me to give 3 stars overall, taste good. Sadly, I am constantly amazed how a simple task of looking at a order ticket and placing items in a to go bag can be such a challenge. You can do better pollo tropical! Let's GO!!

This experience was completely unacceptable. My man ordered a TropiChop, and it was almost entirely rice with barely any beans or chicken. I downloaded the app for the “free TropiChop after first purchase” promotion, yet no one bothered to scan the code or explain how it worked. Instead, an older staff member brushed me off and told me to “wait 24 hours,” something that’s stated nowhere.
After a long day at work, I came here expecting decent food and left frustrated & still hungry.The staff couldn’t be bothered to do the bare minimum, and their attitude showed they simply don’t care. If people dislike their jobs this much, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. This was a waste of my time and money, Pollo Tropical.

The customers service is off the charts suewaine walker is always taking care of me. Attending to my needs and is always making sure am well taking care of. As a restaurant and a food truck owner I stop by to get a little snack for the road. I’d offer her gm position at my restaurant but pollo is considered her home. Please look into her file and see what await her for future Promotions

I ordered a large choppi chop with extra chicken, black beans, yellow rice with roasted vegetables. I was given a small size bowl with just beans rice and chicken, and was charged for the large.

This location is about to collapse very soon, use to be one of the best locations, not anymore, if they hire a pitbull on the drive true will do a better job, the ladys taking orders only are missing is bite the customer, not friendly at all.

OK SO…I DoorDashed my food, when the order arrives I take everything out of the big bag and at the bottom corner of the bag I see a DIRTY 🤢🤮blue cleaning cloth. I felt disgusted and mind you I spent about 100$ on the FOOD for my parents and siblings!! 🥀 I had to contact support (the guy was super cool and chill!) and they sent me an email to send the photos and the location of the restaurant which I did! 💔

I’d like to recognize Eduardo, the manager at Pollo Tropical Store #10019. He’s incredibly professional, kind, and welcoming—truly one of a kind. I’ve never had such a positive experience at any other location. Eduardo goes above and beyond, and I believe corporate should know what an asset he is to the team.
