First time trying the food and it was very good for a chain. Pineapple lemonade was delicious! Chicken was a little dry/overcooked though. Restaurant was very clean and staff was friendly.

Pollo has been around for years now and I used a lot as a kid. Then the quality and taste starting going down hill. But, this one by Waterstone is on POINT! They season the food very well. Even the white rice by itself is good. It's a great place to get a whole meal for a family at reasonable prices. They have good options. If you go to Pollo, go to this location. You won't regret it.

What did last night for dinner? The food was excellent very tasteful. Very delicious. ? but what was not delicious was the service if I can give this place a zero for Service I would I still therefore 30 minutes waiting to order my food a heavyset, Spanish lady with a ball cap and glasses asked me are you waiting on food or did you order? I said no ma’am I would like to order and she just walked away and left me standing there. Some guy came along. He said did you order yet? I said no I said I miss standing here waiting. The lady asked me did I want to order and she walked away he said I’m sorry. ? not all them, but the bad apples that they do have are very, very very not friendly at all because I was trying to get a couple of their attention so I could make my water, but they just kept walking past like they didn’t see me like I was invisible like I was a ghost. I don’t speak Spanish. I know a little bit of Spanish, but not that much but these people here and their service and customer service is very poor.

The customer service was formidable, especially from a young man who served us outside the establishment, the food is a shame, nothing to do with the tropical chicken from a few years ago, bad-tasting beans, hard rice, the meat, both the chicken like churrasco old and with bad flavor, a real shame, since I had good memories of this establishment

Let me tell you something I started the year on a bad note, I went picked up food from this location and as I ate I noticed the chicken had a bitter taste to it and suddenly I started getting a rash on my face and chest. Went to the ER and they told me I had salmonella! From whatever I had ate and that was literally my first meal of the day. I’m still trying to recover from the hives I got from that day wish it on nobody they are extremely painful and because of the chicken that god knows how it was cooked I couldn’t work!
