Have came several times since my kids school is near by but it’s a hit or miss .
Without a doubt it takes a century to grab a plain black coffee / plain iced coffee .
No one is friendly, all look miserable doing this job .

Order it a coffee mocha paid 6.70 I didn’t left tip because my previous experience where they took my order 2ce and waited over 25 mins to get assisted. Today
They gave me water .

Nothing was posted online to notify the line of customers waiting for a coffee.

I love the morning team which is why i give this 3 stars of not it would be a 0 cause man the afternoon shift (3pm) is super slow or maybe doesn't have enough staff cause I've been waiting in this line for about 40 mins and haven't even paid yet.

Slow service. GIANT POTHOLE IN THE DRIVE THRU! If I drove into it, my car would have been very messed up. Food was good. Drink was ok.

They try to kick me out as alone pregnant women because my very well behaved small dog, I was buying coffee and pup cup together. One of them’s manner was so rude. Horrible experience especially the girl on drive thru service was acting like she owned the place! Very disappointed!!!

Watery bland drinks two days in a row. I should have read the reviews. We came here two days in a row, giving them the benefit of the doubt after the first day of poorly made drinks. Between my mom and I, we ended up wasting $25 on 4 cups of lukewarm watery bland milk rather than a Starbucks latte. I always get the same drink, so I know how it tastes at every other Starbucks I’ve been to and this was not it. I wouldn’t have bothered with a review except that they have responded to other reviews from weeks ago pointing out the same thing and obviously haven’t done anything about it, which makes this feel intentional or just that they really don’t care.

Terrible service and quality, I order a small latte just was hot milk, I talk and s how to the atendant . She answer its just 1 shot the expreso. I must trash it .
Im a regular guest in Starbucks Marlin us1 and 168 cutler bay , I lovet.
But I never back and recommend the actitud andquality service in this store.
