the food isn’t bad but as soon who used to work at Taco Bell at a different location the service is horrible. Workers are lazy. And the food could definitely been done better. When I pay for extra I expect extra. When I order a drink I expect the drink I order. I would understand if they were out which I believe that if they were it should’ve had something written. It wasn’t. I order from here a lot and almost every single time my order has been messed up. On Thursday 11/13 I ordered a flaming hot grilled cheese burrito with extra sour cream I didn’t get ANY then I ordered baja blast medium which I also did not receive. Today I ordered two cheesy fiesta potatoes and a strawberry freeze and I received the orange freeze. Which i can’t have anything orange or orange flavored. Although when talking to the manager she was very sweet it just sucks that the service is so poor and very clear that the workers do not care. If your workers cannot do there job find new people.

Love this place, I go here for lunch all the time. The staff are friendly and very hospitable, they make my visits super pleasant and I always look forward to stopping by because of them :) The food is also always well prepared and tastes great. Fairly clean with good parking but better to use the drive through. Best to enter south bounds on US1 or Krome. It's joined with KFC if you feel like some chicken. Seems like a lime but they go through quickly.

The overnight workers that worked August 30, 2025 are so lazy and they have the worst customer service. I went to pick up my mobile order and I used my reward as well to get a free gordita crunch. I ordered the Cantina taco box, a two piece of the Cinnabon delights and a side of sour cream to go with my tacos. When I received my food, I opened the box to see to my surprise a squirt of sour cream inside of the sauce cup. Taco Bell charges a dollar for a side of sour cream and I’m pretty sure that’s not what a side of sour cream was supposed to be. Furthermore, my Cantina tacos are supposed to have toasted cheese on the outside. I guess they didn’t feel like putting the cheese on the tacos either and wanted to be funny. My cheesy gordita crunch didn’t have any cheese in the inside layer between the soft taco shell and the hard shell like it usually does and the soft shell wasn’t steamed. I get that it’s late but why work a job overnight if you don’t feel like working. Food is not cheap and I work for my money just like you guys do so when I spend my money at any establishment, I expect for my food to be made the way that it’s supposed to be made. Also, the guy at the drive thru cash register probably should be working in the back making the food because he clearly does not like to deal with people at all. I don’t understand why someone has to even go through these issues at all. Treat people the same way you will want to be treated plain and simple. I called the store to address all of the issues and to try to see if I can get a refund, but they told me to request it through the app which I did, but I didn’t get back my reward for my free gordita crunch that wasn’t made properly. 🙄🙄. Thanks for the poor service
