When dining in the customer is supposed to use a touch screen menu that has a very delayed response time. Someone ordering at the counter got their food 10 minutes faster than those ordering on the touch screen. They don't always allow people to order at the counter.
Even though all of my items had been modified when I placed my mobile order everything was fresh and exactly how I ordered it. Portions are decent but that taco bell standards issue. Store crew could be a little more friendly given the guy that handed out the 3 orders before my looked at me but did not acknowledge that I existed and then a lady handed me my order.
