went to eat lunch ordered our food, employes are VERY loud can’t scene here the costumers order food, and then we are waiting for food; and tony is in the back with gloves on eating. food out the Bins; and went he got called out on it and told to wash his has by a costumer he said no he’s not and then continued to work. THEN we went to leave the restaurant ANOTHER employee was standing there eating food; behind the counter eating not long after showing. her coworker her bloody finger she had cleaned up.

I don't know what the issue is. But I use Burger King's app to purchase food and for whatever reason my order got sent to a Tampa location even though I personally verified the location I was going to and selected it. When I came into your location to have it rectified. It was a $6 order of a whopper and Chicken Sandwich and instead of saying Hey, we're sorry for Your inconvenience We got you. You say nothing we can do about it we don't have anything to do with the app. If you guys can't honor your app. Why are you working with them?

Air conditioner wasn't working, so it was very uncomfortable to dine in, due to that reason 😕 other then that it was great. Hope they get that AC fixed soon.

Even after the drive thru staff mentions the fries are over salted he still puts them in our bag. I bet he wouldn't have eaten them himself. That's why I'll never come here again.

I ordered a simple whopper jr w/ cheese meal and my husband ordered a whopper w/ cheese meal and an 8 piece chicken fries. We live 3 minutes from the BK. Our food was cold and soggy, so horrible we couldn't eat it. For $25 to have cold and nasty food is horrible. This happened the last time we ordered the SAME things from there and we thought maybe it was just a fluke. Will never eat here again it has been so bad. You need better quality control.
Myself and several coworkers go to this location only on the days.... that a man by the name of Tony isn't working. I'm usually not the one to be a Karen but I'm fed up with this man's personal hygiene! His uniform never looks clean let alone himself and the worst part is he prepares the food! Like I said I'm not the type to get on here and put somebody on blast but come on management and hold this guy accountable being he's touching everyone's food!
