There is a young lady that works the counter who should not be in the customer service industry. She does not care about people nor the restaurant.

I drove a friend here and I let my guard down. The pizza slice she asked for remained in the oven, having been forgotten by the supper time crew while they prepared her additional item. The gent making pizza took the slice out, put it in a box knowing it had been in the oven too long. We discovered in the car it was barely edible. So…..remain on high alert if you come here and be prepared to contest over-done pizza slices. Check everything.

Pizza was so flavorless. Not to mention over priced.

Seemed to have caught the owner at a bad time. Dude tried forcing my wife and I to have a waitress. I explained I want to eat on the side with no service as he seemed confused. To my knowledge one side is full service and the other can be self service as were the fellas eating on this side HAD NO waitress. This was a few years ago. Dude was rude and therefor we've never been back and I let anyone know it. I hear this is uncharacteristic of him however. On this note Ive had the pies there and imo the franchises pies can be and usually are better. We went to try the other menu items. With this said I belive thier hoagies are the go to. Maybe not toasted as the outside is usually super hard when toasted. Try the steak hoagie perhaps?

Good sauce makes good pie. Their sauce is very good. Order takeout pies "topless", no top on the box. Makes for a much crispier crust, just like what you get when dining in-house.

We just started going here for pizza because Crystal river is lacking in that area. So far we have had good service and the pizzas are pretty darn good. Place is nice and quiet even when they are busy. We haven't taken advantage of the BYOB yet. Tonight we may even try something besides their pizza. I think that this place could make a great Detroit style pizza.. It's the square deep dish with the crust that goes up the sides and the sauce is layered onto the top with the cheese on the sides and burned to a crisp..

I recently ordered from here, bone in wings & a NY style Italiano, the wings & sub were superb!!! The most amazing sub & wings I had!!! My friend ordered the Philly Cheesesteak & it was to die for!!! I’m impressed to say the least!!!

I rather enjoyed this place. Trust me, I am a pizza connoisseur, I've tried more than 50 different brands from nationally popular chains to tiny ma & pa dives. I love pizza, and this was a place deserving of my pizza adoration. Fresh ingredients, real cheese, an authentic sauce tops a crust worthy of the before listed decadence. Service was super friendly and helpful. Oh, and all of the wonderful choices on the menu, which I did not have the luxury of trying all of them, does make a place where everyone could can find something they like, pastas, salads, unique appetizers, and lots more. I strongly recommend giving it a chance if your nearby and have lunch or dinner on your mind.Parking: It does share a parking lot with a grocery store, and a few small businesses in the strip mall, so parking could be convenient or sparce depending on time of day and/or if it's weekday or weekend.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu choices are available. Relaxed enough atmosphere for all family members.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs should have mostly easy accessibility, but I don't think there was automatic opening doors, which may require assistance.

I don't know who was making the pies this night but crust was like cardboard threw it in the garbage. Have gotten pie here before so not sure what happened but it was awful.
