Ordered on the app. In the notes I asked to toast the peppers and onions in addition to the meat & cheese. They toasted nothing. Sandwich was also very messy and sloppy. I won't use the app again, so I can watch them make it.

I placed a very simple order for dinner and then I proceeded to spend the ENTIRE next day of my life in the bathroom. I do not recommend this place clearly someone is not washing their hands!!

I visited this location over this passed weekend and witnessed the most unprofessional employee working. Her name was Tiffany and she was extremely unpleasant. She treated the customers that were in line before me so poorly that I walked out before even making it to the counter. (Her sandwich making skills were worse than her attitude) Thankfully this is not my normal location or I would have to find a new sub shop. I see that there are other reviews on this Tiffany character, I hope the owner doesn't take these complaints lightly or he is going to lose a lot of business with her behind the counter.

Arrived tonight around 9 o’clock with no employee to be found. Waited around a few minutes before attempting to call the location we were in. We listened to the phone ring and ring to no success of finding help. My boyfriend had to finally holler towards the back to see if anyone was working. Tiffany came out obviously extremely offended by somebody wondering where an employee was after waiting 20 minutes in the lobby. Tiffany was extremely confrontational and had her two children in there running around barefoot also speaking disrespectfully and cursing at customers not only in the store but as we approached the door as well. Overall a horrible experience and ended up leaving with no food. Tiffany claims we were “mad because no one would make our sandwich” when we were simply looking for a bite to eat. I hope Tiffany has a coming to heart after coming from behind the counter in attempt to intimidate us, we were threatened enough to leave. Her behavior was completely uncalled for and I will not be back to this location.

Did an online order meaning they have a list of what needs to go on sub. I got chicken bacon ranch x2 and BOTH subs missing bacon. Ordered another sub with avocado and it was missing too. This isn’t the first time either, hence the review. No more tips I guess.
