great service by the staff, specifically Meet, he was exceptionally helpful and kind upon my frequent visits, extremely nice to interact with. Easily my favorite 7-11 ever, the slurpees slap every time, very clean establishment and great food too. 10/10.

My husband and I stopped for a drink and walked into the most unprofessional exchange I have ever seen between a manager and customer. Apparently from the yelling the argument was about the guy getting charged 3 dollars more for a 10 dollar car wash. We tried to ignore the yelling and when we went to leave the fight had moved outside and both men were screaming they were gonna beat each other up and some othe foul language in front of customers. I will not be going back because of witnessing this

Worse place ever. Worse customer service. They all have major attitudes to customers. Owner is rude and destroys credit card strips when it won't swipe.. he takes plastic bag and scrubs the strips

Rude customer service and since when does that store stop doing cash app at 9:00 between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. okay when the other store down there by 98 does and the guy I had to get an attitude with me it's their job it's customer service and don't get an attitude with me .All I know is I will never step foot in that store again because the guy is so rude it's a guy with a longer hair yeah well he was rude and he started yelling so I'll take my money elsewhere.
The RUDEST customer service, and on top of all that the one man just sits right out in the open on the phone on SPEAKER, awful. Yelled at us and SEARCHED through our bags over NAPKINS!! NAPKINS!! Awful customer service, awful prices, awful owners, awful people! -1/10

I'm giving 5 stars because it's not like the store itself is bad. And it's my go to 7 eleven and I'll continue going to it. Today I went and witnessed something completely uncalled for. The owner (I'm assuming it's the owner) was YELLING at another employee who looked very upset and confused. Whether she did something or not, there was no excuse to yell at her in front of customers. I'm not sure what she did but he kept saying this is not good for the business. Well you yelling at her right behind the counter in front of several customers, was not good for business. Treat your people with respect and bring them out back or in a secluded area and talk to them like a person.
