Captains Quarter Bar and Cafe

It's horrible this place took 40 min to get my the food, and we were first in line and it was very bad I almost threw up and there were roaches crawling up my leg and the milk was bad and we paid 60 for everything 🤢

Poor place very poorly ran.

OK, this little place is actually really good. They make an outstanding breakfast at a fair price. Biscuits and Gravy are super creamy and yummy. They have Specials that are really good as well.I am giving a 4 1/2 STAR, almost 5. If your in the area, give them a try.Anissa is the manager and she makes sure everything is good or she will make it right. Give them a try...

After waiting 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches I went to see what the hold up was and as I sat at the counter waiting I could see the kitchen just waving around cheese while talking with there hands as it took 2 min. To put it on the sandwich.... Sorry but waiting over 20 min for a cuban and a Ruben is ridiculous. After stewing about it because I was Hangry it must have showed on my face the kitchen took notice and my food was out quickly after that. They apologized for the wait as they are "training"Now the food ... Ruben was in my hubby's top 5so , YAYYbor cuban... About the best in this area but small compared to Ybor city's.Would recommend if your in the area.

My husband and I went to eat there and try it. The woman at the counter(with a pink cast) told mu husband to order and pay at the register where she was standing; she then answered her cellphone totally ignored my hubby for 5 minutes. We left and she still was on her cellphone. Poor customer service. Food may be good but we can't rate as we never got a chance to try it!

I just stopped in there, today-Aug 27....first time I've been there since it's been CQ. I used to eat there all the time and lived it. This time, though! Wow. I ordered a Philly Cheesesteak, no onions or peppers. Sat down listening to music. The DJ played and sang 10 songs, no food...I watched others order and get theirs. I finally went up to the counter and asked. She went back to the kitchen and I could see them searching through orders. when she came out I said, "I need to go....can I just get my money back?" She went back to the kitchen. A moment later, an angry guy came out and told me loudly that all their food is cooked to order! I said but it's been a half hour! He shouted at me, "Go eat at McDonald's then!" Customer service at it's finest! I will never go there again. what is wrong with business owners who act like this? The issue could have easily been solved.

A must stop when in the area for a cold beer and friendly service.
