Owner and staff were great and offered me some great menu suggestions. The cheese steak ? was tender and was to die for with gooey melted provolone cheese on top of the mushrooms, onions, and just the right amount of grilled peppers to bring out the beef flavor of the steak. After reading so many 5 star reviews and a couple 1 star reviews before I stopped in, it's obvious now that some people did not leave their personal issues at the front door and unfairly took out their personal frustrations, blaming their cheese steaks, the restaurant's decor, and/or the staff for their unhappiness!
Maybe it might be a good time to take some cheese steak mental health therapy very soon, and then on your next visit, you'll be able to enjoy the perfect cheese steak sandwich with an open mind! And while I was eating there yesterday, I overheard their plans to install a brick lined pizza oven soon! I can't wait to taste their pizza once that's up and going! And maybe there will be a nice limited beer and wine menu down the road as well? Who knows?
I overheard their very experienced "genuine Pizzaiola" consultant advising them while I ate my sandwich. I could tell from his accent, that he had been imported directly from Italy a long time ago. He later told me in his younger days, he had "worked the dough" by hand as an "old school" Italian bread baker in Brooklyn, New York. And I later found out from his car's license plate, that he's obviously the owner of a popular local Italian restaurant in Crystal River where my wife and I have enjoyed "our Saturday dinner date night" there before.
So you just gotta know that they'll get this pizza oven installation done right. This could easily become my new "go to" place when I'm craving some great quality fast food without the full sit-down restaurant prices. And they already have inside seating if you want to sit down and share a nice meal with your significant other.

Ate in with hubby... I got a mushroom and American chs steak, he got a provolone mushroom and onion. We ordered the combo came with fresh cut philly style fries and a drink. Very delicious. The gentleman working were very friendly. We enjoyed talking with them both while we enjoyed our food. Great little steak sandwich spot.

The guys at Cheesesteaks Only really do make a Philly Cheesesteak! They're delicious. Recently they started making Cuban sandwiches which I have to say are fantastic! I love Cubans, they are a go to sandwich for me... Being from Philly so are cheesesteaks.... Thanks guys for coming to Homosassa! I'll be back.

Worse ever I paid $30 for 2 cheese steaks a little bigger than of hot dog buns and maybe 20 fries. I will never ever buy or eat here again. What a joke. I am so angry . Please don’t go there hungry. I can not even reply to owners reply. He thinks I’m an idiot a sandwhich shrivels up with heat hahaha. What a joke I eat cheese steaks monthly this was just a joke. Not even a tablespoon of meat and maybe 20 fries a few shreds of lettuce ! Will never ever eat here such a cheap greedy owner!!!! I will stick to my regular guy ?

Awesome place for Cheesesteak and fries. The fries were fresh cut with awesome seasoning and the cheese steak was delicious. Perfect Blend of onions peppers and mushrooms all wrapped up into one. Awesome atmosphere and great people to talk to. I will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend
