My experience at this location was a waste of time to say the least. I came in to pick up my online order that was “complete”, I give my name for the order and they can’t find my order. No one tried to look for the pizza or ask me what I ordered. They just dismissed me because it was busy and just expected me to stand in line quietly. I went yo my car to get my phone to show them my order. I walk back in the store and there are 4 other gentlemen waiting in line. I wait for another 25 min before anyone even addresses the line and they start calling pizzas by name, not following the order of the line. 8 people got there pizza before me and another gentleman who had been waiting just as long as me. They finally asked what I was waiting for and they said they had the pizza but no receipt for. So because of lack of communication skills, attitudes because of it being busy, and lack of leadership, my pizza had been sitting for 45 min. I asked for a refund, and I didn’t even get a sorry or anything. Thanks to this location, I will never enter a Dominos establishment ever again.

5 stars on how fast you cut my pizza. 0 stars on the quality of the cut. Slices are not even close to being uniform size and center not cut through so my topping are all over the box.

Hsve never been fan of Dominos…. Ordered a pizza with 2 toppings and pepperoni bread…. ordered extra cheese & pepperoni… pizza had good flavor but skimpy on all toppings, what a turnoff. Very little sauce, did not give me extra cheese , it had very little and pepperoni skimpy. It’s a shame, close to where I live but a dry pizza…. Little Ceasars puts them to shame.

We ordered two large pizzas, one veggie and one double cheese pepperoni. Although the veggie one was barely edible, the other was a complete disaster! It had baked on sauce with a few pieces of pepperoni and NO CHEESE!!!!! Awful, awful, awful! Would never recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Food is always hot, fresh, and correct. Delivery is always on time if not quicker than expected, and they always have GREAT coupons. Best chain pizza spot in the area for sure!
I get a free pizza but I have to get it delivered & they charge $5.99 w/ a minimum of $17 I have to spend 1st before they will deliver! So much for a free pizza!!!

Owners name is Matthew, Fired a women for calling out for the recent mandatory hurricane evacuation that destroyed crystal river with flooding, that's how I got the job as a driver. Then Fires me for being 7 mins late (couldn't find my dang wallet when I was getting ready for my shift). Just because people are replaceable doesn't mean you should mistreat your employees. Over priced and low quality, go to a real pizza place that cares about their employees! Prices are about the same anyway

I came in tonight and got pasta and cinnamon bread twists, the food is awesome. But that's not why I'm writing my review tonight. I have a torn rotator cuff and can't lift anything with my right arm and when the young lady called my name she went to hand me my food and realized I might not be able to carry it she asked me if she could carry it to the car for me of which I replied I would be more than grateful. That little bit goes a long way. Thank you for recognizing the customer in need and stepping up to the plate without being asked. I highly recommend visiting this location because of the food and their customer service. Thank you
