Found everything I wanted. Check out clerk was friendly and helpful. If you only have one full service register, don't put it ½ way across the store. It just makes it hard on handicap folks.

Someone else is enjoying the groceries in my Walmart Delivery: I've used the Walmart Plus delivery for most of 2024 with excellent results. Tonight my order was delivered to someone else's home (they provide a photo, and I do NOT have a Christmas tree outside my front door). Their drivers should be able to read a street sign as a minimum requirement of employment. My groceries weren't even on my block, (which we were able to check since you get a text when they're delivered). I could see if they couldn't read our lit up house number, but the groceries were definitely not on my street (we checked).
The worst part is that instead of them just sending out my order again, I had to re-order each item individually all over again (that is the procedure that their AI bot -- which is their customer service -- tells you that you must follow). Why they can't just repeat the order they "lost" is beyond me. So now, my expected delivery time for order #2 is 9:30 pm, which is not a great time to start cooking dinner. For my trouble they gave me a $5 coupon.
2 days ago I ordered groceries for a sick friend who can't drive in Fort Meyers FL. The driver, who could barely speak English, told her he needed her credit card to "pay" for the order. I had prepaid -- including a nice tip. It is a good thing I told her that. She called me to verify that I paid while he was still there insisting she pay him! I thought maybe the issues with Walmart were isolated to her area, and then today I'm having issues here in Homosassa.
UPDATE: As I am writing this, I just received a text saying that my order (which I paid $10 extra to have expedited within 90 minutes) is delayed by 45 minutes. I couldn't make this stuff up!
I guess we will be eating dinner at midnight. Maybe the person who received my 1st order (including an electric tea kettle) was hungry and really needed the food, and this was God's way of gifting them some groceries???
Having 2 big issues in 3 or 4 days, I will be looking at other options such as Instacart or Kroger, and I believe I will be dropping my Walmart subscription, and stop recommending it as being "so easy". The worst part is that you can't even get a human on the phone or in their online chat - it is all outsourced to Artificial Intelligence bots -- so the only place I can voice my total dissatisfaction with Walmart Plus delivery is here on Google.
My apologies for the rant, but maybe I will save someone from thinking that Walmart Plus delivery is easier than just going to the store yourself. If I went myself, I would have had my groceries 4 hours earlier, cooked my dinner, cleaned the kitchen, and I'd be relaxing with a full stomach instead of writing a review on Google. .

Updated 11-20-24 I made a return today from my pickup order. I started the return online, easily, on my Walmart App. The customer service representative was very efficient, making quick work of the 4 people ahead of me. Thank you Homosassa Walmart!
