I don't know what happened to this place but the wait times are way too long I'd go to the one in Walmart it's a lot quicker friendlier staff

i stop here at least once a week as it’s the only dunkin on my way to work. the service is never amazing nor terrible but today i went to the drive thru with a mobile order that consisted of two drinks, two sandwiches, and two orders of hash browns. after checking the bag i noticed only one order of hash browns. i told her i was missing one hash brown. we didn't check the bag until we started to drive away. this is what they gave us… i guess i should have been more clear? i think this dunkin has a lot of new hires but it’s just so stupid i laughed all the way to work 🤣

The service here is fast and friendly. My problem comes in with the quality of the food. It's nothing like the old school Dunkin' donuts. Everything tastes so microwaved now :(

Rarely do I ever get a dunkin coffee that isn’t burnt or a Frankenstein combination that the barista comes up with without following a recipe. Wish I lived closer so I can get a reliable cup of dunkin. My iced latte was perfect this morning.

These people suck ordered a coffe and a chicken sandwich and they had me pull around to the side white lines to get other people in the line through well they ended up totally forgetting about my order had to pull around and go in to ask

I'm usually disappointed with this location, but Bruce seems to be a welcome addition to their team. I came in late, when most of their stock would be out and he made sure to check that the items I ordered were available. He also had them ready faster than the others I've been served by. It was a nice change of pace.

Never will go there again. I realize it’s a small Dunkin (part of a gas station), but no selection (no eclairs, no lemon filled). And talk about rude service. Simply asked the guy behind the counter if they had any eclairs, to which he responded in a snotty, annoyed tone of voice, “No, what you see is what you get.” Tempted never to go to a Dunkin again after this experience, but will definitely drive a little further out of my way to go to a REAL Dunkin’ in the future.

Went into drive through and placed my order and was asked to pull off to side and my food would be out. I waited 10 minutes and finally told drive through I had to leave and he said my food would be out shortly. 2 mins later my food came out iced cold to my disappointment
