Line was pretty fast, got a bagel at 9a.m and it is so hard to eat because its so STALE. Very disappointing and probably wont go back

At what point did it become ok for employees to curse or cuss when dealing with a customer? There was no bad interaction, but I wasn’t raised with a mouth like that, so why should I have to listen to people who talk like that. Hire people with more respect for others.

This is the only dunkin with a drive thru and that is unfortunate. The food tastes like they don't clean the oven and half the time my bagel is not toasted. My coffee tastes different every single time and more times than not it tastes like they messed up the brew. They also NEVER give you napkins. A few months ago they were on point. They have gone down hill. Please do better.

Again this morning even after asking if everything was there....missing item. This place is so poor at quality control. Time for new management. Needs someone that can deliver product and services on a consistent basis. I called and the manager was too busy to chat with me.... Had enough for this location.

The managers are not very experienced. They treat the staff very poorly. To intimidate and ridicule staff in front of other staff and customers is very poor management. They have a very poor training process to say the least. The last time I came in and ordered my drinks the manager made them and they were disgusting. When I brought them back the other shift manager (on her headset) told the manager she could tell they were made wro g just by looking at them. But they will ridicule a part time employee that was poorly trained for a simple mistake. My daughter was there for about 6 months and yes a few things happened (mistakes) but since they did not really care for her she brought 4slips to my daughter to have her sign incidencesthat happened in the past) and told her that if she made one more mistake she would be fired. Also told her that she hoped that my daughter was telling us what was going on so that when she gets fired we wouldn't come to them to see what happened. Long story and trust me alot of details were left out. HR will hear from us.

Just went to the drive thru and the employee gave me an iced coffee that I didn’t ask for instead of a large hot coffee. Then at the window i asked if I could have the iced coffee that she made wrong and she said she was gonna drink it then shut the window in my face . When she came back with my correct order she didn’t apologize that she made an error just gave me the coffee and slammed the window again and nothing. Very rude to my wife and I . She didn’t even greet us with no words . We have been going to this DD since was opened and have never been greeted or treated like this employee treated us . We decided that we won’t be coming back and rather go to the one in Walmart. The employee needs an attitude adjustment on how to treat customers. If you don’t like your job serving customers this way then you should quit .

My wife and I come to this location almost daily. The last few times we have been using the mobile app and it has not been registering our visit. This is only beneficial to keep boosted status. 2 days ago a younger gentleman figured out how to scan my phone so it would populate the visit. Today I asked the same question to a young lady and she didn’t know how to do it. I’m assuming the manager a bigger woman with glasses in her mid 30s stepped in. She already had a jaded attitude, and then continued to be rude in how the situation was addressed. It was a simple question, I didn’t need the dismissive attitude aka rude attitude. There are plenty of other DDs around here so we will just take our business to another one. This lady needs to do better or quit. You are in customer service and a simple question shouldn’t set you off! So what I need you to do is open that walk in cooler you got, and find a new attitude for your other customers!

Came by at like 4 am, and the lady that was working the counter was a delight, I told her that I have a bit of a drive left and I needed something to keep me awake and she whipped up the most amazing drink I have ever had. Woke me right up and it’s delish. Loved coming here, and if I’m ever in the area I will come again.
