Greeted warmly walking in the door. Seated immediately. Fantastic server and great atmosphere! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the Hen house skillet. I LUV the side of perfectly fried catfish along side of the delicious pancake - I recommend adding a side of "hot syrup" (mildly spicy) We will definitely be back!
They're upgrading the actual monkey island in the river in front of this Bar. Monkeys are temporarily relocated. Grat view on the river with good beer selection, great drinks, and great pizza ans salads.
Food was excellent and reasonably priced (especially for the size of the servings) but the service was lacking. Maybe our server was having a bad day but it was obvious that taking care of our table was the last thing she wanted to do. Having worked in the food service industry for close to 10 years, I am very laidback about service. I don’t need small talk or make special requests but do expect my table’s drinks to be refilled, checked on when the food arrives and at least...
