We have been customers at this Hardees for over 10 years. The biscuits are the best and.love the breakfast platter. Angelina the manger is doing a fabulous job. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Got 2 6.99 meals the fries was over cooked hard and cold and the burgers was the same way the bread was also stale trued calling the homisassa fl Hardee's something is wrong with their phones it rings then sounds like a fax machine then it disconnects my receipt has a Inverness fl phone number when I purchased in homosassa fl I'm not happy at all with my order it's Un enable and I don't have time to go back had to go to work without dinner

Hubby and I went through the drive-through for a "quick" option and I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger lettuce wrapped, and he got a double bacon cheeseburger meal with a medium fry and drink. It cost 24!!! I didn't even have a drink or fry! Absolutely insane.

Went and ordered my food this morning at 9:00 there was no one in the Drive-Thru I ordered the Hardee's big breakfast came home which is less than a mile and everything was ice cold for what they cost and price for food there they should be ashamed of selling cold food this isn't the only time and then when I call the number it's a fax number

This place should be shut down disgusting 🤢 the young female employee went to the restroom didn’t wash her hands came out and started handling food and touching everything in the kitchen area. This was after we ate I seen this all with my eyes 👀 so gross I couldn’t believe it! Also I didn’t even barley eat the food I was given because it was had zero love it was over cooked and just thrown together if I could I’d give less than 1 star. If your the owner reading this you should fire that entire staff n start over sorry not sorry ( I feel so sick to my stomach after leaving there!) 🤢🤢🤢🤢

Still going to give a 5 star and a good review because I absolutely love Hardee's but my last visit wasn't so great I ordered 2 Frisco burgers and only got one and some other type of burger I didn't order but mistakes happen so I wasn't upset

Wasn’t too impressed. The guy at the register was really nice, but the chicken tenders we first got looked like it was remnants of chicken that was found in the flour. The second batch that was given to us was the right size, but smelled like the oil they used was old. My daughter never got her fries with her meal. My chicken sandwich was semi burnt and very crunchy like it was over cooked. We now understand why when we pulled into the parking lot why it was empty. Sorry but not good food at all.

I came through the drive-thru, and a large young man was being very nice and handling my order. I attempted to let him know how respectful he was being, and how much I appreciated the extra care that he was giving to us even though we are going through a natural disaster. And as I am telling him how much I appreciate the extra care, a very short lady named Angelina comes over, assaults the employee by viscously grabbing his arm and pushing him to the side; she then proceeds to slams the window in my face and scream at the employee. This was incredibly inconvenient, incredibly disrespectful, and incredibly inconsiderate to not only myself as the customer, but the employee that was doing nothing but do trying to do a great job! I hope the workers at this eating establishment have the opportunity to work under a more understanding, considerate, and customer focused employer!
