Terrible service unfriendly and my food was poorly prepared took twice as long than they said . Everytime I go there it feels hostile . Nobody wants to wait in you they try and wait each other out to see if the other one will . Sauce slipped all over the crust half it doesn’t even have pepperoni on it . Terrible 😣

Me and my fiance have been here at least 10 times every time we come here. We've tried something new off of the dinner menu. The meal for two is a perfect way to save money. The portions here are huge. You get plenty of food for your money. I highly recommend the pot roast and the chicken tenders are so juicy for the kids and picky family members. Absolutely gonna miss coming here but this will be my fav spot when we come here to visit family. The lunch buffet everyday is awesome to have. Not many buffets in the area especially with the best tasting food in town. Hands down 🥰

This is one of our favorite hole in the walls when we are in the area. Prices have gone up and compare to the portions it is not worth the trip. The pizza is good, but with the price increase it also isnt worth it. The service is inconsistent and the dinning room definitely needs some updating. We use to really look forward to stopping here when visiting family but now they are way over priced..

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my husband and I felt this needed to be said. Our server was absolutely delightful — attentive, kind, and clearly working extremely hard despite being stretched thin. We even mentioned to the manager how great she was, and instead of acknowledging her effort, the manager responded that she “didn’t see her doing anything more than anyone else.”
That comment alone was disappointing. It was obvious to both of us that our server was juggling far more than the rest and still providing excellent service. Hearing a manager dismiss her hard work felt disrespectful and really changed the tone of our visit.

The waitress was pleasant, delivered items timely. We went for late lunch/early dinner around 3pm. It was not busy and there were plenty of booths and available seating. The atmosphere struck me as off. There was a plate of food sitting out randomly on the stand they use to display the cakes. The salad bar that wasn't being used (closed at 2) was still sitting not cleaned up. Red flags aside, we ordered. The sauce was very similar to a famous canned children's favorite with red pepper flakes in it. The pasta was perfectly cooked. I didn't eat it, because of the sauce. My eggplant was scorched and thus ruined the dish for me. The other member of my party has chicken parm. The cook on that was fine, not burnt but he didn't enjoy it. No flavor. He too didn't like the sauce. The breakfast buffet sounds delicious. It's really hard to screw up breakfast. I will say, the kitchen looked to be pretty clean. I can not say the same about the bathroom. I'm not sure I'll give this a second go but if I do, I'll update the review for sure.

After today incident at the KIDS trunk or treat I’m absolutely disgusted by the owners of this place I have heard thing around the grape vine and witnessed it today in real life INFRONT OF MY CHILDREN !! Calling people slurs arguing all of the above because someone can’t control themselves. NOBODY WANTS TOO EAT AT A PLACE LIKE LUIGIS !

Owner is an absolute joke. Place is dirty and has a roach problem. I am AMAZED they havent been shut down by the health board. Went once and it was an absolute nightmare of an experience and have only heard horror stories about it
owner is incredibly rude, inconsiderate and down right disrespectful to other businesses in the plaza. treats his employees poorly and the place is DIRTY!! i’ve heard more than a dozen complaints about a roach problem and failure to follow food safety and health protocols. please give your business to other locally owned establishments far better than this one.
