No greet when coming in , one lady doing egg without gloves , manager keeps touching his nose and grabbing food , the service gurl was doing her best to everyone's food but honestly no help was provided to her which is sad and waiting 15.min for food is a bit outrageous

I stopped by this morning to get a macchiota and 2 hash browns. I waited 20 minutes because I was told the machine was not up and running.... it's 930 in the morning and there are 10 staff members on your line and not one of them could clean your coffee machine. You all know that coffee and breakfast are sysnonimus. This McDonald's is the absolute worst.... Oh and my mochiatta was 2 shots of coffee in a cup of milk. I paid 3 dollars for a cup of milk. This pace sucks you need better management.

Homosassa location service is not the best, that is what we have come to expect. So if you do not mind listening to disgruntled workers in the back, or waiting longer than 7 minutes for a simple order, that you have to enter yourself at a self serve kiosk, come on down to Homosassa McDonald's. Where good enough is all you get.

Messed up my order when it was delivered with DoorDash I contacted them. They said they don’t do re-orders but they could add me to their list next time I come in just tell him I’m on the list and I will get me food. I tried that and they said that they don’t have a list … empty promises

Kid was mopping the lobby and just pushing food on floor around. All my food was cold including fries (which we all know hot fries are the best)I wouldn’t come back to this location.
