If I could give negative stars I would.I went trough the drive trough today and ordered my nephew a triple cheese burger and large fry. It took forever to get to the cashier, and then another unacceptable amount to time to get to the pick up windows.The spaced out girl tried to give me a double bacon cheese burger with small fry. I said no I ordered a triple cheese burger and LARGE fry. I waited and waited, and the she told me go wait at the #1 sign.I waited, and waited and finally went inside. Nobody acknowledged me there, and finally an older lady, possibly the manager, and I told her what I ordered 30 minutes ago.I CONTINUED TO WAIT, another old lady asked if I've been helped and I said no.Then I waited AGAIN.I finally got the order and the lady said we put an apple pie in to make up for the wait. I said that doesn't even come close to making up for a 30 minute drive thru order.THIS STORE HAS A BUNCH A DRUGGIES walking around confused.This is my LAST TIME STOPPING HERE.I have choices and they will NEVER be a choice again

Even with a medical emergency in the store the staff were trying to get everyone who had already ordered served as fast as they could. I was in the the drive thru when it happened at the pick up window. I parked my truck and went inside to help.The person behind me should be ashamed of their self's for yelling at the staff. People let's be more understanding.

McDonald's has reduced the size and quality of their food , and I suspect to offset rising costs of labor and supply cost . Pitiful response because they did not reduce their price once again the consumer get screwed

I ordered on the mobile app just one large order of fries at 7:58 p.m. at 8:10 p.m. they still hadn't came outside so I went inside and stood there.. there was four employees there the only one who saw me was the manager but even she did not speak to me directly.. she asked one of the young ladies behind the counter what is that woman doing standing here.. the young lady had just been looked at the TV screen where the orders come on as she printed it out by then it was 14 minutes for one large order of fries that I had not received yet once I finally got the bag I looked in those fries were old and dredged in oil so I asked another young lady to please make me some fresh Fries and there I stood another 5 minutes waiting for the same large order of fries that I had ordered 20 minutes prior the staff is not attentive the food was not fresh I only live one block from this McDonald's it was my first and my last time going in there
The worst big Mac I ever had. Cold, no doubt from earlier in day! Dried up,, little dressing. This is last time I ever eat McDonald's food. Not a good way to promote your food, or reputation...I was home when I saw this garbage. I went through drive, #1266 @5:50 pm.

I'm writing this even before I get my food. I have been standing here waiting for my 10 piece nugget meal for 20 minutes. They have one older lady running around like crazy a like 2 to 3 other people here who don't seem to have a clue on what's going on. I came inside because drive thru was around the building but that seems to be their priority and who cares how long the people in the lobby wait. Their receipt is out of ink and the floors are dirty.
